He offered that as a solution and I told him I was willing to pay him $50 for his time when I received the refund (he spent like 10-20 minutes on it). I called about the refund a few days later and he seemed like a completely different person, He told me he didn't have money in his account and that he didn't think he'd be able to get me a refund because it wasn't his fault. I ended up just taking the parts the most is be able to to get from selling the part on my own is about $90 vs him sending it back through his manufacturer. I think Tallahassee is horrible place to get anything done car related.
