Just picked up my GatorTail and couldn't be more excited to get her in the water! I am so…read moreappreciative of the experience Jack's Boats team provided throughout my buying adventure. I ordered a boat that included some options that were not on the boats in his lot so we had to order it from GatorTail. Due to the impact Covid has had on manufacturing and the very high demand for boats during the pandemic, this boat took 4 months to arrive. The team at Jack's was very responsive and apologetic regarding the delays. I know it was not within their controls. When I finally got my boat they took the time to review information about upkeep and maintenance, and make sure I was comfortable with the operation. The paperwork process was quick. I'm super happy with my boat. I know the 4 months felt like 4 years and I was not a very patient customer but in the end, Jack's treated me very fair and I got a great boat! Now go get you one!!

The first time I took the boat out i noticed the port engine shaking not from motor running rough but the the control arm that transfers direction form starboard motor to port had an almost 70% bend at the connection point to port engine. ( REPAIRED OURSELF) I just used the windlass for the first time and the spindle completely spun off as the bolt holding it on had been sheared off and not repaired. (Have to pull windlass out of boat) Now i have since had to replace all speakers and the stereo head unit, the electric toilet pump.. but it is a boat my boat broker told me! In other words i would not recommend her to inspect your boat, maybe my boat just had gremlins though but i think it was more just alot of stuff was missed at the inspection. This is my six used boat purchase and ive never had this many things missed from a survey. Gary D .

Unfortunately he paid them before seeing the boat as we live in another state and couldn't get there for at least a month. It turns out it was only waxed and that badly. He was told it had faded again because of the hot FL sun.?!? There was overspray on motors from trying to get scratches repaired and was told they couldn't fix it so another company would have to. That was 6 weeks ago. He is out over $2500.00.

I told him if there is any additional major cost please call me first. After about 2 weeks, I decided to check and was told it was ready to pick up. When I got there the bill was over $1,000.00. When I confronted the mechanic he was hostile. I then went to George and he explained that he quoted the repair for a 4 stroke and mine was a 2 stroke. I reminded him he was supposed to call me and he said that "our wires got crossed". He eventually reduced the price to $800 but it was still too much in my opinion especially since the idle was choking off. I will never take another watercraft to them. Update. So, I see someone from All Pro claims my review is false. My review is FACT. I have no reason to provide a false review on any business.
