Just picked up my GatorTail and couldn't be more excited to get her in the water! I am so appreciative of the experience Jack's Boats team provided throughout my buying adventure. I ordered a boat that included some options that were not on the boats in his lot so we had to order it from GatorTail. Due to the impact Covid has had on manufacturing and the very high demand for boats during the pandemic, this boat took 4 months to arrive. The team at Jack's was very responsive and apologetic regarding the delays. I know it was not within their controls. When I finally got my boat they took the time to review information about upkeep and maintenance, and make sure I was comfortable with the operation. The paperwork process was quick. I'm super happy with my boat. I know the 4 months felt like 4 years and I was not a very patient customer but in the end, Jack's treated me very fair and I got a great boat! The woman working there is rude and unprofessional. She had no business saying all the other applicants are dumb. That the person she hire isn't. She needs to keep that opinion to herself. read more

I am so glad we bought or boat at Jack's. From the showroom to driving it home, they were super easy to deal with. I highly recommend them. I usually remove ads from vehicles, but I proudly show off my Jack's Boat ads on my trailer. read more

I normally don't give 5 stars but this guy deserves every one! I called him at 4:35(mind you he…read morecloses at 5) with a issue with our tool trailer brakes. He never once acted or mentioned what time his shop normally closed. After trying to explain the problem over the phone he simply said "Come on by and we'll see what we can find." He diagnosed the problem completely rebuilt the brakes in less than 3 hours. He never pushed parts I didn't need and explained why it needed a total rebuild. Fantastic guy to chat with and good on his prices. Thank the good Lord he is as nice as he is or I would probably still be on the side of the interstate with crystallized brakes. Thank you Mr. Edwin, you saved me!

The business is super difficult to get ahold of. They never got back to me. I ended up doing the repair. The trailer is so cheaply made. Frame welds are almost non existent. The siding rips off like paper. The trailers shouldn't even be street legal. The trailer isn't even 2 years old.
