Both the office receptionist and the so-called "technician" who looked at my windshield couldn't tell me(or show me) why they wouldn't abide by THEIR life time warranty! This weekend a rock took out a big chunk of the driver's side windshield; I told my insurance company to "skip Safelite", and direct me to a kind, caring local glass repair shop who stand behind their work!

I showed up at the appointment time and the window tint was completed. When I picked up my truck there were 10-20 small bubbles on the front window tint and cleaning solution streaks on all my doors. The owner explained the bubbles would go away and with the exception of 2 small bubbles they did disappear. I would have given it 5 stars if they had cleaned the window cleaning solution streaks off the doors but otherwise I'm very satisfied.
