Todd greeted me and asked what I was looking for and what services I needed. Shawn performed the oil change and took the time to explain the entire process thoroughly, which I really appreciated. It's rare to find this level of transparency and customer care in automotive service today. They even offered me a cold bottle of water while I waited, and both were kind enough to have a friendly conversation as they worked. Although the service took a bit longer than the usual 10-15 minutes, the outstanding customer service made it absolutely worth it. I don't live in this area, but I truly wish more mechanic shops had a Shawn and a Todd on their team.
