She let me know the differentiators of the fact that the water passes through the washer instead of collecting and how the big dryer fluffs comforters nicely. "You're going to love it!" I didn't expect that, but it was a wonderful experience! She was skilled in the art of framing! Also, time is money, and these machines did these large loads super-fast, so the cost was worth it! I got exceptional service from the employees and the prices are better than other cleaners in town! And they're quick! I love being able to pick stuff up next day! I had a Sherpa pullover that I needed cleaned between two business trips (I was only home for 2-3 days between the trips). They were able to get my item cleaned in time for me to pack it for the 2nd trip! All other cleaners I called told me it would be longer. I was and am so grateful for Cleaner Concepts and their efficiency.

There was stuff everywhere. The floors were filthy. It looks like it's never been cleaned underneath their sinks, I wouldn't use their bathrooms, I would go outside first, it's just disgusting so I decided that I would email the company instead of posting a nasty review about them to see if I could get anything accomplished. Well, needless to say I did not I even offered to work there, he said he has 24 hour workers, which I've never seen I've seen a girl out there, sleeping a lot of times but nobody cleaning, I asked her if she worked there, she told me no, but they say they're clean. And all it's false advertisement. But people have to care about the place they live, pick yourself up that you drop on the floor if you spill something wipe it up, I mean, come on, people get a little bit of pride in yourself and your community and actually makes me sick to think that this is how Latonia has turned out.\n But the owner reassured me that on his part, he would make sure that the stuff was clean. The floors and everything because they're not they're disgusting. The horses aren't wiped down the floors aren't clean, there's stuff everywhere underneath the sinks, is mold and mildew. I can't imagine what's in those washing dryers. And a lot of people don't have a car or any other way of going anywhere else, but there 'cause it's so close. So I think that the owners should make sure that their facility is as clean as they can keep it, he reassured me that it was and would be so I went there the other night and this is what I found I'm posting pictures, and I'm not sure what's going to let me close my video or not because I think it's too long but I've tried cutting it and I can't cut it without Missing the big place of it. So if you go there to wash your clothes just know that you've been warned. I would not wash nothing there. I would not dry nothing there. First of all, they have the most up-to-date, high tech washers and dryers I've ever seen in a laundromat! They work very well, are fast and efficient and most of them take a card - super handy in our often cashless world. We didn't have a lot of clothes so $0.50 was enough to dry the 3-4 outfits we had in the dryer. It was awesome!! Additionally, they have staff on hand who are very friendly and so helpful! They keep this place very clean and are happy to assist with any issues that may arise with the machines. I will say, this place is a little pricey for the washers compared to places I've been to back home in Texas, but the hassle-free speediness was worth the slight increase in price.

The washers and dryers were adequately working. They have washer and dryer sizes to accommodate all laundry loads. I washed 4 loads including 2 covers and a large comforter for approximately $25. Unfortunately, the staff was not very attentive or professional on Sunday, May 17th. I had a few questions and he was outside on his cell having a conversation with someone on speaker phone. I asked a question and he rudely told me to "wait a minute". Finally, he showed me how to pay for a card to use in the equipment. There were also a few minor leaks from the shafts going across the ceiling. They were leaking into small containers catching the water dripping. That looked as if it needed to be repaired immediately. All in in all, I would give it a 7 out of 10. The music was great! The oldies station plays while you wait. They also have refreshments for purchase. I would return. Hopefully, the minor inconveniences will be addressed/repaired prior to my return.

Lo and behold- I created more wrinkles than the packaging they came in with. They looked HORRIBLE! Panicking- I called several dry cleaners with no luck. Appearance Plus cleaners took the job and had them wrinkle free within HOURS!! I cannot thank them enough! I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone! The staff is friendly and helped a panicked bride out!
