    Every single time I've gone there the owner has tried to rip me off. I do not recommend this place they are used car salesman.

Unfortunately, it went downhill pretty quickly…read more After reading the positive Yelp reviews, and looking to save money with the $25 Yelp discount, I called Boost Mobile on April 10 to inquire about replacing my shattered iPhone 6 screen. The owner told me he could fit me in right away since iPhone screens are easy to replace. I took my phone over and, after almost two hours, walked out with a fixed screen and a complimentary screen protector. Upon arriving home, I discovered the phone portion of my iPhone didn't work. Apparently, the speaker hadn't been reconnected. I took the phone back and waited about an hour and a half to get it fixed. Even with this problem I was still considering a four star rating. Late in the afternoon of April 20, I discovered the screen on my phone was lifting. Pretty much the entire right side was unattached. I tried calling but got no answer. Thinking they were too busy to answer I decided to wait until the following morning and go over. I arrived at 10:10 am only to find the store was not open even though they are supposed to open at 10. I tried calling but no answer and no outgoing message to explain why they weren't open. I left to run some errands and returned at noon. Still not open, no outgoing phone message, and no note on either door to explain the absence. After numerous unanswered calls, I gave up until the following (Wednesday) morning. Shortly after 10 am on Wednesday, April 22 I called and was able to at least leave a voicemail. Too bad no one bothered to return my call. Almost two hours later, I called again and got through to the owner. He told me he was there alone and was very busy but to bring in my phone and he'd get to it ASAP. I got there within ten minutes, and though he took my phone right away, he wasn't able to start working on it for quite some time. As I was waiting, the owner's wife and assistant, came walking in nonchalantly and laughing over two hours after the posted opening time. There were no apologies or explanation for why the store was closed for two days by either the owner or the wife. By the way, the lifting of my iPhone screen was blamed on the screen itself, no responsibility for poor workmanship. Imagine my surprise and frustration when, later that night, I noticed a visible gap in the upper left corner of my phone! I went back to the store on Thursday, April 23 to show the owner. Again, he blamed the screen rather than take any responsibility for the work. I explained to him I was only showing him the problem so he would understand why the negative Yelp review and that there was no way I would allow him to touch my phone again. I would be a little more forgiving of the problems with my screen if the store provided better customer service rather than the I-don't-give-a damn approach.
