Walked in a day before Mother's Day to check out the shop and see if I could pick up some flowers. One of the workers was kind enough to give me a price breakdown for the flower arrangements they already had out on display and then offered to make custom arrangements that fit my price range if I wanted. I live locally so I came back a couple hours later to pick up my custom flowers and I loved them! Great experience, great price, and very accommodating. I went in and wasn't sure exactly what I wanted, but the woman there was so helpful with suggestions and showing the option of different pricing. She even let me smell the flowers to get different scents of what I might want. Also a variety of selections for wraps. I feel like going in person to have the experience of creating that bouquet and seeing it step by step makes it more personable. She was patient, kind and helpful. If I could give a zero rating, I would. This is a scam company. I wish I would have read the reviews before purchasing. I should have gone with my first thought but since they promise a 4 hour delivery window, I said I would give it a shot. Well even though the website says the plant was delivered, I phoned the receiver (spoiling the surprise) and it wasn't. I tried to contact them all weekend and on Monday only to be put on hold for over 1 hour saying my call was next. When it got to my turn, the recording say no one was available to take my call. So now I have to dispute the charge. I called back and acted like I was going to place an order. The call was answered, my complaint heard and was 'transferred to a manager". Put back in the call queue. My order totaled over $98.00. Do Not Order From This Company. They are Fraudsters! I have warned you! Beware! My mother and I decided that for Mother's Day we would send my aunt a bouquet of flowers. After looking online at larger companies such as 1-800 flowers, because none of these companies delivered on mother's day I went with Flowers 4-u. The ordering process online was easy and I decided to go with the sheer delight bouquet which came out to $74.95. After placing my order I got a call from the store telling me that I would not be able to get the sheer delight bouquet but that they can either deliver something similar and make sure it's $74.95 worth of flowers or they can issue me a store credit. My order was placed the morning before Mother's Day which I knew was short notice. I decided to trust them to deliver something similar in size and color to my aunt. While my aunt ended up being pleasantly surprised when she received flowers early in the morning on Mother's Day, after she sent us pictures of her bouquet, I was not. The bouquet sent to her looked nothing at all like the sheer delight bouquet, not in size, not in color. The original bouquet looked large and packed with beautiful purple and pink flowers. The flowers in the one she received were sparse and looked like they had been put together with leftovers from other bouquets. Ultimately, I was very disappointed as my mother and I ended up paying $95 all together with delivery and taxes. If you look at the bouquet it definitely does not look like a $74 bouquet. I would have much rather appreciated if they called me and told me that my bouquet would not look anything like the picture and had them issue me a refund. The only reason they get two stars is because delivery good and they delivered early in the morning. Unless you go in store and examine exactly what they're selling you, save your money. You're better off order elsewhere so you get your money's worth. read more

I tried this flower shop for the first time today. I called instead of using the website because I was indecisive of what I wanted. I left it up to the nice lady on the phone to decide on the arrangement all I did was give her the color scheme and told her to make it cheerful. She had the flowers delivered in a very timely manner and my wife was so pleased with the flowers. She said they were beautiful. First off....CATS!!, she has CATS!! running around her store, ehh!! I did not expect to run into cats when I walked in this flower store and accidentally stepped on one. (My bad) She was not happy and because I accidentally stepped on her nasty cat, she took her sweet time in helping me. (who has cats in their flower shop?!!) Didn't even greet us first of all. I asked Bonnie for prices for boutonnière and corsage...received a lot of attitude. She had a very condescending tone. After I said I wanted a corsage she asked if I wanted greens and spray I asked to see a sample and received more attitude ("spray? you don't know how it looks??") You're selling a product, try and make it appealing not like it's a hassle to get $50 from someone. I've been here before for a boutonnière, it was nice for $8.50 but the attitude is not worth it at all. Yes, the prices are more expensive than Vons you twits. My flowers (and you can ask all the women I've dated and my little sister) always last a MINIMUM of two weeks. Two of the reviews that were bad seem like the same two people that came together. The woman "smoking" happens to be the owner. Not a worker. I came into this place on December 23, 2015 around 3pm. Of course, being right before xmas they were kinda of skim on selection. However, the lady who helped me (I believe the owner) was very accommodating and helped me create a beautiful Christmas bouquet within the price range I gave her. Several years ago I used to walk in and buy Florist Choice bouquets at whatever price I gave her and she would build appropriately, and they were always full and unique and the most lovely bouquets to show off. I haven't been back since I started making my own, but this past weekend I called in for a corsage for my brother for prom. She listened to what I wanted, offered suggestions for greater longevity, but ultimately we stuck with my original choices of red roses and daisies. The worst customer service ever. The day before Valentine's Day, I was trying to buy flowers with my brother for his girlfriend. We came in about 15 minutes before the store closed. It seemed to be a good option but the service by Bonnie was very rude and made us extremely uncomfortable. It was our first time trying this place, and in fact we found it through Yelp, but we will never go back again. Before I entered the store, a woman was smoking a cigarette outside and once we went inside the store, the same woman came inside. Turns out she was a worker. This seemed unprofessional, first off. She did not even greet us, rather, she gave my brother an uncomfortable stare. Second, she was not helpful at all and I emphasize that because when I asked whether we can mix and match flowers to make our own bouquet, she looked at me saying that I seem like an "expert" as if we don't need her help. Long story short, it was a terrible encounter. We both felt like she was condescending towards us (we are both in our early twenties). I honestly felt like she did not care about giving good customer service. She seemed impatient and rude. We did not feel like valued customers. We walked out with no flowers and certainly no over priced roses. We have been to numerous flower shops before with great service. People have helped explain the store layout, prices, and did not pressure us to buy flowers. This is no exception. read more

My favorite part was always the CATS! Bonnie let her sweet cats roam around HER business. What a concept. Speaking to anyone that is "doing their homework": Bonnie is an artist and has maintained a respectable business in a city that is littered with failed companies. If you're expecting to pay $5 for a quality arrangement, please keep walking to Vons and demand them to reduce their overpriced flowers. They will last you less than 24 hours. While you're at it, maybe attend the next town meeting. Go right to the source if you're concerned about the character of the owner. As a hispanic woman, I question anyone who would default to playing the race card. Please, make sure you can formulate and educated sentence if you would like your argument to hold water. I don't often purchase flowers, but when I needed to I came here and foundd that the owner is not only very knowledgeable about flowers, she is creative and kind-hearted. The coursages and boutineers (sp?) she made for my son's school activities were beautiful and great quality. While I was there looking around, she went outside to help a homeless man with something he needed. This is the type of individual we want in our shop. My family has used Bonnie for 3 generations now and she always does just what we want. :) From flowers dipped in glitter for St. Patricks day to my sisters wedding even my corsage and boutonniere for prom.
