Incredibly overpriced in my opinion along with other electrician company I contacted. But honestly that wasn't the main issue. This was maybe the most annoying and oddest consultation of my life. From the very beginning I was being very clear that I only wanted my outlets replaced, nothing else. I reiterated this verbally in person. The technician, kept on trying to sell me a membership and additional services. I would say "I just want my outlets fixed" and then he would completely ignore me and go on to sell me about replacing the circuits. This happened over and over again. I would say "please I don't want this service" and then he would just go right back to other services. I actually couldn't believe what was happening. I was incredibly uncomfortable the entire time. For the 4th time, I was again very direct in not wanting any additional work. I literally said "I do not care for anything but the outlets". But he just didn't care and kept going for 15 minutes about working on my panel. Like oh my god, what is happening. It was additionally rude when I told him I was on a time crunch but then he still spent 30-40 mins creating an additional 4 quotes for the work that I insisted I didn't want. They straight up did not care about me and what I wanted. He kept saying I'm the top priority while also completely disregarding what I do not want. If a customer tells you to stop, please stop. I was incredibly upfront with the services that I wanted but this guy was on a mission to charge me $9356. I ultimately didn't continue with this company and reached out to another one who did the work for $300, which was the quote I also received from other electricians in the area. I truly do not know how they justify charging $2807 for only 6 outlets. Listen to the other reviewers. I had the same experience of the worker just looking for upgrades rather than what I called for. He spent nearly 20 minutes analyzing my electrical panels to see where he can charge me additional services after I just told him I only want the outlets. Stop trying to phrase this is for your customers when you blatantly ignore their needs and wants. This was such a weird experience and I lost $89 for the dispatch fee.

I found Brian because my neighbor used him to re-wire an outlet for their oven and they thought he did great work and was reasonably priced. He came the day after I contacted him, measured, cut and installed a piece of wood which he secured to joists in the ceiling with a brand new light box. The light is flesh against the ceiling now and very secure. Brian was also great to text regarding the issue before even hiring. He explained what was happening and possible resolutions I could try, but ultimately the drywall was breaking and I didn't want to risk further damage. The work itself took over an hour to complete and it cost less than $200. I won't ever have to worry about the stability of my light box should I choose to change it in the future. I…read moreknew that VA's Right to Charge law allows any resident to install an EV charger and after reaching out to the HOA, I found out that a neighbor in the same HOA had an EV charger installed a few years ago. The neighbor told me he got his installed by HavePower and so I reached out to them along with a handful of other companies. After several email correspondences, I eventually decided to go with HavePower. Although it was not a simple process to get the HOA's approval, Jason was extremely patient and helpful in getting all of the paperwork for the approval. I myself was not present during the installation, but my parents were around to observe the whole process. The installation started at 6am and finished around 5pm. According to them, HavePower did an amazing job and my parents found them reliable. The end product is exactly what we were hoping for, and the charger works flawlessly. My parents couldn't be any happier! All in all, I highly recommend HavePower for EV charger installations. Even if you live at a place without a garage, HavePower will do a impeccable job. And if you do have a garage, I'm sure they will get it done even more quickly!
