I was informed that the pipes would have to be replaced because my system was corroded! During this conversation, I noticed that the *meter was still in place!! Earl informed me that the *meter would be removed and reinstalled in order to get to the water heater out of the space; I was remembering that it wasn't removed with the prior installation. After sending multiple pictures, giving the year that my home was built, and believing I was dealing with exceptional professionals, I was not expecting any surprises. After being presented with an unexpected fee, I called Earl and he didn't take responsibility for not informing me that there could be a chance that the condition of my pipes could be an issue ... at this point I'm remembering to breath and just asking Jesus to take the wheel!! "Supply and install new manufacture required expansion tank and relief valve vent tube" was included in the initial proposal. Looking at the before and after pics, the condition of my pipes was not an oversight! My tenant actually took the pan of water to the bathroom to empty in the toilet. Jeff failed to connect all of the snake together the first time - so he had to snake it a second time and add more links to the snake. Horrible experience. Just horrible.
