It's in the new shopping center on Hwy. 150 next to Aldi's. Everyone in the place is very friendly and made sure our dining experience was a good one and it certainly was. We ordered the grilled chicken, Ted he Korean bbq sandwich and the original sandwich . Their batter isn't heavy and it's just enough so you can taste the chicken and all of its flavor. They have an area that allows you to sample all of their sauces which is great. I love the hand cut fries witH rosemary and black pepper. They were hot and tasty. read more

If I could give less than one star I would. I have placed so many catering orders thru this company to the amount of thousands of dollars. These are business lunches so if the order is late or wrong I'm the one who looks bad and my business lunch is ruined. They have e gotten the order wrong 3 times. All of these orders are over $300. They did not make it right on the first two orders. The final and third order was a request for this restaurant with all grilled chicken. What happened? The order was late and it was all fried. EZ Cater issued a 50 percent refund and then tonight a month later the restaurant charged the full amount to my credit card. These are dishonest business owners and don't accept or acknowledge their mistakes. DO NOT order from them. It's an expensive chick fil a and way worse. I was standing at the door scanning the menu code and a staff member walked out to give me a menu. Impressed all ready. So far so good. The place is extremely clean and stocked, noise is ok and several people are waiting to take my order. Plus I get a free scoop with this review. .... This is NOT the place for people that lack a great work ethic. No one is leaning and checking their phone. Even my cashier found me to make sure I was happy with my selection. Once you sit down, there's no reason to get up for anything. I've been in fine dining joints with less attention than I received here. I'm sitting here trying to figure out who's the manager but everyone is so invested in customer service, I really can't tell. The food was delicious. $13 for my combo plus my cone. Next time I won't get fries because I just not a fan of them. It's funny to type that after eating almost all of the huge order they serve. I like to dip into sauces, so I filled a little cup with all 7/8 varieties of dipping sauce for my fries. They were good because they were straight out of the hot fat! Here's another reason I'm impressed. The young man washed his hand and put on fresh gloves to make my cone. It's Pineapple Whip this week. I'm sure those that like custard will love it. I have been wanting to try this place since it first opened up. It was a little disappointing however. I have had better chicken tenders at lots of other establishments. I ordered two chicken tenders with a side of loaded fries. The chicken tenders just seemed overcooked and not very flavorful. I dipped it in their original sauce and their honey mustard. Not sad nor super happy honestly. I'll probably stick to Chick-fil-a and Zaxby's sauce. Their loaded fries were great however. They were topped with cheese, bacon bits, and scallions. Very clean restaurant is what I thought when I first walked in! You order at the front and sit and wait for your food. I really enjoyed the service here because it was quick and friendly. I got the Nashville chicken sandwich and my fiancé got Buffalo chicken strips with cheese fries! The food was delicious. They have a lot of different sauces that you can test out! Love this place! Let me say before my post I am a mom of four. Think Nashville hot chicken with several flavors.I have now tried 3 of their signature sauces and have no complaints. My family has been about a dozen times now and I have never seen this restaurant dirty. Very nice family atmosphere. Stopped by here twice in the last few weeks and ordered curbside pickup. I haven't been inside so I can't really say much about the space or the layout, but the food is definitely up to par. Both times I had a simple chicken sandwich with fries and a drink. Both times I got it quickly and piping hot. They give you so many fries that it's a little absurd, so if you've got 2 people you can just order 1 order or fries and have plenty. The sandwich is simple, delicious and has really good, fat chunky pickles on it which I think could be the best pickles in the local chicken sandwich game. Firstly, I would like to personally thank the general manager, Zeel, for his hospitality and prompt response concerning my initial review of my first experience at Super Chix. His response clearly shows his concerns and priority for the customer's satisfaction at this location. I greatly appreciate it. Since the state as allowed non-essential businesses to re-open for inside dining, I was able to come in to try out the sandwiches and sides again with the gracious help of Zeel. We ordered a couple of the bacavos, one grilled and one fried, and two sides of fried pickles and cajun fries. Per Zeel, Super Chix is food made to order, therefore, the food is not made until it has been ordered. Therefore, during the COVID dining restrictions, online and carside ordering made it quite difficult to receive fresh to order menu items (hence my initial review of the soggy fried pickles, and mediocre fries). This time around, ordering and receiving the food hot and fresh on the spot was wonderful. The sandwiches were hot, fresh, crispy, and loaded. Very delicious. The fries were crispy, well-seasoned and hot. The pickles were fresh out of the fryer, so I burnt my palate and fingers (not too serious). Overall, I believe that at this location, you can be guaranteed to receive great customer service and quality food. Zeel manages the place very well, the staff are clearly happy, and the customers enjoy finally getting some dine-in time again. I would recommend dining in at this place to get the food fresh and hot. If you do order online, dont take too long to get there. Was looking at an article that highlighted some new restaurants in the area. Close to the house, this seemed like a great place to try out. Still relatively new, ordering food took a little long. The people in front of me literally asked about every menu item. It took about 10 minutes for them to place their order. That being said, the staff was exceptionally friendly and patient answering all of their questions. My turn! I asked which was more popular the Nashville Hot (w/ signature Nashville hot dipping sauce) or the Cheesy BBQ (w/ cheddar, chopped onions & a sweet BBQ sauce). Without hesitation the employee said Nashville Hot. My decision was made! I also ordered the small basked of fries with Cajun seasoning. Really, for me, the only down side is that the meal with drink was about $12....kind of on the high side when the competition is about $4 less. The food took about 10 minutes to come out, but they were literally packed out and people were waiting for seats. Food was delivered to the table and staff checked on me throughout the meal (the other chicken guys don't do that). The Nashville Hot was really good! Not too hot, yet still had a nice kick to it. Sandwich was very large and chicken was cooked to perfection. Really the highlight for me was the Cajun fries. Perfect amount of seasoning! They were actually a little hotter then the sandwich. A small portion is also quite large. Very pleased with my meal in general. Would like to come back and try the BBQ sandwich as well as a couple of the salads. A lil birdie told me they have rosemary fries here. I am a sucker for all things Rosemary and these fries did not disappoint (i asked them to go heavy on the rosemary seasoning). From the menu their specialty is all things chicken and custards. I placed a to-go order which did not take very long at all. I ordered the buffalo chicken salad, chicken tenders and rosemary fries. Brand new chicken spot that opened in the new shopping center in Hoover. I believe the chain is based out of Texas. I came on a Sunday during the beginning portion of lunch and the first wave of church being let out in the deep conservative south. As you can imagine pretty crowded with the cookie cutter families in their I just got out of church outfits. The menu is pretty straight forward you have the option of chicken tenders, chicken sandwich, or chicken salad along with and assortment of sauces to choose from. Nashville hot, buffalo, traditional are options. They have fries and tots also to accompany your tenders or sandwich. I opted for the buffalo chicken ranch sandwich and Cajun fries both were really good the fries were seasoned great and they give you plenty so in theory you could share the fries. They don't offer drive thru so you either dine in or come inside to place a to go order. Since it's located in one of the busier parts of Hoover i suspect the location to always be busy but I will say you get your food pretty quickly read more

This is the nicest and most helpful teenagers ever! I ordered the special Korean bbq chicken sandwich grilled and my daughter had the mini chicken sandwich. I will say all the chicken was cooked well but wow I had wwwwwaaaaaayyyyy to much sauce on my Korean bbq sandwich. I ordered the chicken mini sandwich because I figured that the sweetness of the Hawaiian roll and the savory chicken would pair well. My dad and I visited Super Chix today for the first time. We thought the food and service were both excellent. When we entered there was an employee standing at the door handing out menus and providing a well thought out explanation of each section of the menu. We placed our order at the counter, then we're given a number, and found a table. We ordered 2 Nashville Hot chicken sandwiches (fried), one regular salt fry, one regular cajun fry, and 2 fountain sodas. The total came out to $27 before the tip. The Nashville Hot sandwich came with dill pickles and buttermilk ranch on the sandwich. We both throughly enjoyed the sandwich. We felt that the regular sized fry was probably enough for sharing. The cajun fry's we're not my favorite as they were only lightly dusted with cajun seasoning. We definitely preferred the salted fry, but that's personal preference. We decided to try all of the sauces they offered with our meal and our favorite was definitely the Nashville hot or the Korean bbq. The atmosphere was very upbeat and we really loved the open garage doors with the fresh air. Our only small complaints are as follows... We felt that there should be a combo available for a sandwich, side, and drink for one price. Also we really appreciate the reusable trays and paper products, but we wish there were paper cups available for the sauces instead of plastic.
