Food and ice cream was very good. We'll definitely be back. My dad loves chicken, so I'm hoping to bring him next time he's in town.

Tried the Nashville Hot Chicken and it was a good Chicken sandwich. It had no real heat to speak to; this is medium or mild. I mean the pickle had more taste than the heat. I was really hoping to get some real hot chicken in the area. Only PoppyCox has real heat; it is like going to Nashville. Anyway good chicken sandwich and fries. I will be heading back in the future. read more

What a busy Thursday lunch but I thought based on the crowd our meal came out timely. I'd rather wait a bit and it be fresh and hot. I like the environment inside and decor is very appropriate with a nod to Fort Mill. The salad was fresh and busting with flavor (Nashville Hot), one tender was slightly chewy but the others all tender and delicious, the fries were crispy with the right amount of salt. I also like the plethora of sauce choices. And the custard- wow! So smooth and creamy! I would come back just for dessert. A welcome addition to Fort Mill! See ya again soon! read more

Super chix is worth all of the hype! The food is to die for. I have loved everything i've tried. My favorite is the chicken slider, and sweet fries! The custard is also worth a try. Great service, and management. It's always busy in there so if you don't like loud (like me lol) get it to go! It's always great though! 10/10 read more

Brand new with the attitude of got the hang of it. Employees appeared happy and managers navigated the dining area. Everyone was pleasant. The space has lots of light and it's clean. Love the sauce bar- ranch, Korean BBQ, signature are among the options. Chicken was golden, juicy and not greasy. What magic! Fries remind me of Ace Burger, yet here they have three spice options- cajun, rosemary and black pepper and I forget the third.. The little one loved the custard. There is vanilla, Dutch chocolate and a weekly rotation. This week's is Reese's Cup. Prices are moderate. Only change would be to add the sensor service for food runners, so they can quickly deliver to the tables. We will definitely be back. read more

Food is the best, especially the fries. Service is great. I bit pricey, but it's worth it.

This morning I went to Super Chix for the first time and I was completely imposed because everyone was very friendly and made sure that my experience was good. I thank the manager who went to ask me how my food was and made sure that everything was fine she provided very Good service read more

I had very good things about this spot, and we decided to stop in for a quick lunch. Wow! We were not let down. The food portions are HUGE! You can tell the food is cooked fresh, and there are a lot of options of flavors and style of cooking for the chicken. We will definitely be back to try more items out. read more

Food is extremely good. The batter they use is one of a kind. The fries are amazing, especially if you get the sweet ones. This place is dangerously good. I'm a big chicken and ice cream fan. So when I come I'm here I always end up spending too much. That's their only problem(pricey). However you won't be disappointed. read more

Pricy but the food and service is excellent. The best buffalo sauce and chicken quality in Fort Mill. Also I love the custard! I go almost weekly at this point. Also the best fries in the chicken game, second only to Five Guys- around here that is Pepsi products only is a negative to me but that's just me read more

My family enjoyed the chicken filets at Super Chix but do not require the buns. I am revising my negative review for Super Chix in Fort Mill. My family loves the food at this location and usually have a very good experience. While I had a very bad experience with an employee who was rude and impersonating the manager, I do not wish to say anything negative about the business. The owner/manager now understand what the situation is and will hopefully educate the staff on how to speak with customers and also not to say they are the manager when they are not. We were told a few times ago that we can order just the filets. We have done this twice now with no issues, they even had a price for just the filet ($3.99). I called this evening to place the same order and was treated like a problem customer, all I said was "I would like to place an order for pick up" and the girl who answered the phone gave the call to the general manager. I proceeded to place my order and the manager started yelling at me saying they sell sandwiches not just filets and whoever allowed me to do this is the past was wrong. She was literally yelling at me for no reason. Rudest person ever. Not sure how she became General Manager but she should not be if this is how she interacts with customers trying to place an order. read more

Food is fantastic here! The chicken sandwiches are huge and they give tons of fries. I like that the sauces are available on a self help counter so you can get as much or as little as you need. We were able to try out all the different varieties of sauces to decide which ones we liked best. The food came out fast and the service was great! read more

I'm not sure what they do to their chicken, but it is soo good and the fries are the best. Tenders are great and sandwiches are terrific. Can't go wrong with anything on the menu read more

I finally tried Super Chix today! I placed my order to go because it was very busy. Ok so I can honestly say I'll be back. The service was fast, friendly, and efficient! I wasn't there long after I ordered. It gave me time to get all the sauces they had. The signature, honey mustard, and Korean BBQ are my favorite! I enjoyed my Bacavo sandwich and my boyfriend enjoyed his Chicken Mini and pickles. He loved the pickles. The cheese fries were ok to me and the Cajun fries are spicy but I like that! They also have salads and custard! I would give them a try if you haven't yet! read more

I love this place! They are a little pricey but you definitely get top quality food and an abundance of it!! Will keep going back!

First time trying after a recommendation and I will definitely be back! This place blows Chick-Fil-A out of the water in terms of food quality. I tried the deluxe sandwich and was impressed with it being made fresh. The fries were decent, maybe a bit too soggy for my taste, but the chicken was hot and fresh! My daughter loved her chicken tenders and the custard. I enjoyed that you can try all of their dipping sauces at their sauce bar, so nice not to have to ask for little packets. This chain is like Five Guys except it's Chicken done awesome and actually reasonable prices! read more

Nope. No. No. No. the menu is interesting but the food quality and prep is not good. I had chicken tenders that were anything but. Chewy and tough. Ugh. And I had the loaded fries. How can you mess up fries? Well...they figured it out somehow. Even the fries were tough...not sure how they managed to make fries tough, but they did. read more

Great food and multiple options for your chicken sandwich! It is a little pricey, but quality of food is there! Best Cajun fries as well!

Great place for a quick, delicious lunch with outdoor seating! We stopped when we had our dog with us so it was so nice to sit at a shaded table outside. My husband and I shared the chicken tenders, Cajun fries, and an Oreo cheesecake custard! Service was quick! All the food was fresh and tasty! Our favorite sauces were Korean BBQ, Signature, and Buffalo! Love the sauce bar! We split a large fry and couldn't finish them. We will definitely be back!! read more
