Be warned the crispy avo sandwich is a fried avocado stuffed w/cheese. Literally a whole avocado in its oval shape w/cheese piped into it on a bun. The cheese has no flavor whatsoever just a gluttonous ball of white in the middle. Wasn't quite sure how to tackle if w/o making a big gloopy mess. Next time will aim for the crispy avocado salad. The regular fry portion was enough for my dining companion and myself to share. The table next to us had fried pickles and the portion size is generous. They were scarfing them down. Not sure how they are custom making the sauces - I enjoy playing the which condiment is it taste test. The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is because fast food should never cost more than a meal at a sit down restaurant. We spend less at our favorite Italian restaurant eating pasta (real food) Now that I got the pricing out of the way. The food was delicious! The service was good, the restaurant gets a little crazy during lunch time so I don't recommend coming between 12-1:30. It's also VERY WARM inside so keep that in mind, leave your jacket in the car. I had the Cheesy BBQ with Cajun Fries and it did not disappoint. I ate everything! She had the Deluxe with Rosemary Fries and was also very satisfied. I will definitely come back just not as often due to how expensive they are. It's always a little annoying when fast food places have "A LA CARTE" menus, it's fast food, not fine dining. Reading reviews on Yelp, I was excited to try this place. I had to wait until the excitement wore down so I could actually get in and out in less than an hour. The set up here is interesting. Nice big menus, clean, spread out dining room with servers zooming back and forth. I ordered the Nashville Hot chicken sandwich with fried pickles to go. I grabbed some sauces from the sauce bar which had a nice variety to choose from. I was hopeful for the sandwich, but I came away underwhelmed. After a few bites, I was waiting for the heat. For me it never got there. I was bummed. I did however like the Nashville hot sauce. The fried pickles also missed the mark for me. They were a little soggy for what I was expecting. Visited this location on a Saturday evening - ample seating available inside and outside. Employees were super friendly! After ordering, you take a number, and your food is brought to the table. Once seated with my food, multiple employees checked on my table to make sure everything was okay and asked if we needed anything; service was top notch! Great add-on to our Fort Mill, Tega Cay, and Steele Creek community. There are great variety of savory items and sweet treats. My go-to item is the Nashville Hot Chicken Salad with ranch on the side. The portion is very generous. The cheese is delicious and chicken has the perfect crisp. Be prepared for the spicy level!! Definitely you need to have a tolerance for the heat!! If you have little ones their kids meal are amazing- you get a variety of items to choose from, plus a side of fries or fresh sliced apple with sprinkle sugar and cinnamon, with a choice of milk, chocolate milk, tea or fountain drink, and a special treat of a cookie or a cup of the week special frozen custard, chocolate or vanilla. Don't forget to get their cheese fries!! All the sauces will be available to get to your preference. The menu is big and colorful BUT the price for the kids meal is really close to the avocado salad so I thought my salad was $6.49. When the young lady gave me my total I told her she must've added something else because my salad was only $6.49 ha! Nope the salad is $10 Oops. Lol! Once you pay you are given a number. We picked a high top. Here is where the 3.5 stars come in to play...when I walked around the corner to get our drinks, the floor was really wet near the soda machine. There was a lemon in the soda machine drain, the counter tops where the soda machine was located was wet and yucky, something wonky was going on with the ketchup machines and there was another puddle of water on the floor near the ketchup. That area needed to be cleaned desperately. Now to the good stuff....THE FOOD! I got the avocado salad and it was amazing. The dressing was a little watery but over all it was amazing and I see why it was $10! It was worth every bit of it. TIP: IF YOU GO, YOU MUST GET THE ROSEMARY PEPPER FRIES!!!!!!!! My goodness! This is the second time we've been here and so far we have no complaints. The food comes out fairly quickly, the staff is nice, and the place is clean. Both regular and loaded fries are delicious, the chicken tender are crispy and as juicy as can be, and it pairs amazingly well with their signature sauce. I've never been a fried chicken kind of person, but I do find myself craving their tendies! There is plenty of seating options, between regular tables, high tables, booths and tables with bench and seat options, as well as outdoor seating. I highly recommend this place, especially if you're looking for a quick bite, yet wanting something that feels tastier than your typical fast food. I had high hopes for this place but was very disappointed. I had a pick up order a couple days ago on our way to a movie and the way they packaged the food was so extremely messy. They literally dumped the fries in the bag and placed the rest of our food over it. Everything from the bag to food containers was greasy and messy. My grilled chicken was packaged in foil and laid on top of an order of chicken tenders. What really ruined it for me was the fact that I paid $14 for a salad, and I got a salad that is one step above a side salad. The container is way too small to mix everything together. My experience from their catered menu was quite poor. I had their deluxe chicken sandwich and it was quite soggy. The bun did no favors for the sandwich. I think finding a better way to package the food would be a good thing. However the flavor was good so I imagine eating there in person would have been quite a great experience. I love this place. We have two small children and before we even order every time one of the staff intercepts us and gets us a high chair and helps us find a place to sit. Their high chairs are also nice and not all gross and broken. Also last time my husband ordered a side of fries and server didn't hear him so it wasn't on our ticket. He realized when our food came out and they just brought him out a side for free. Wouldn't expect that (was our error) so that was kind. Ok so - the food. Their fries are so so good. Sometimes with fried chicken sammie places the grilled options feel like a healthy concession where you're sacrificing happiness. Not here. Grilled options are pretty good (obvi fried is better). They have a few seasonings to get on your fries and I kinda feel like they go heavy on it - we got the pepper and rosemary fries and you really have to be committed to the pepper game for these. They also have a few sauces you can get and I love the BBQ sauce. Perfect balance of thick, sweet and tangy. Finally had the chance to visit Super Chix; the queue is typically really long on weekends, but I went on a Tuesday around 1pm and was able to walk right up to place my order. This location is highly pleasing to the eyes, as well as being quite clean in both the bathrooms and in the kitchen. The fries were crispy, the chicken sandwich was breaded to perfection. My only complaint is that the french fries could have been a little thicker. "I'm not a fan of skinny straw fries, but that's just my opinion" not holding that against them.
