Worst dining experience I've ever had in 45 years! Food was cold and hard from sitting out for God knows how long. My two kids and I waited to go till 6:30 hoping food would be fresher due to dinner rush! Definitely not the case. I complaint the end and they offered me a whopping $2 off our $50 tab. We decided to go on a weekend, knowing it costs more but were willing to pay it for the other higher priced food options. There was no crab put out the entire 45 minutes we were there. The frog legs were as hard as rocks. The peel and eat shrimp was black. The sushi looked like it was left over from last weeks lunch! Let's nit forget to mention the bugs that we saw crawling around on the floor beneath our table. No saying there were definitely roaches, but wasn't about to crawl under our table to find out! Went in around 530 on a Friday nite. The food looked like it had been out for awhile. We were hungry so we got a plate most of the food was not fresh hot, most of the chicken was hard or chewy when they did bring crab legs out it was very little at a time. They acted like it was an abomination when asking could they bring out something fresh... Also crab legs are NOT all you can eat the first 1/2 pound goes with the buffet and then it's $7 for every pound after that. ( They monitor that more than a monitor the drink refills that you may need) Those were put in a cool pan of water on the bar and they were also cold. As a server myself I know that it's not the waitress' fault but I did tell them the food was cold, nothing was done. The couple beside of us also agreed . I hate we drove an hour. I believe in supporting our local eateries and my family is not picky yet I can not see how this place has stayed in business. Not deserving of one star. Walked in at 12:45, Walked out 10 min later. Wasted our money. Son couldnt eat a chicken nugget and my husband could not even swallow the mushy shrimp. Food was cold, old and horrible! Couldn't finish our plate.
