The food was amazing, got sat right away, and the decorations and ambiance inside were spectacular!

Stopped in for lunch around 11:30 am while I was in the area for a funeral. We were the only customers there. Took my Chinese buffet favorites of peanut chicken, mushrooms, and fried rice. The peanut chicken was extremely greasy and had very little flavor. The mushrooms (from the chicken and mushrooms) were barely cooked; still had the raw taste and texture. The fried rice tasted fine but left a greasy feel in my mouth. I gave my husband my plate of food and went back to see if I could find something to eat. Put a little black pepper chicken on a plate and picked up a piece of the chicken immediately, it was barely warm. Took a piece of sweet and sour chicken and squeezed it a little with the tongs and grease oozed out. Needless to say, I barely ate anything, but I paid for it all weekend. As I pushed the bar on the door to leave, it felt greasy and gross, so I went to the restroom to wash my hands. There was soap only in one dispenser and no paper towels. I used to like this place. Childhood family restaurant. Over the years Super Buffet have had it's up and spends. However, after all the social media and community help in regaining it's spirit, the owners have come back in full force and have been better than before. My family and I have celebrated many occasions here and we continue to do so. I'm so proud of how far this place has come and how strong its gotten. Flavor is on point! I wouldn't pay attention to the negative reviews. Those are in the past. This place was having trouble after Covid. People thought they were closed so they had very little business and of course, very little turnover of food. It didn't make sense for them to make too much food because they would've been throwing it all away at the end of the day. I ate there recently on a Tuesday at at around 1 PM. I had a hard time finding parking because they had many customers. I was surprised because I thought it wouldn't be busy. The food was fantastic. I was shocked that for the price they were serving food that I usually only get in the dinners at buffets. They had shrimp, mussels, salmon, and squid. All of the food was hot and very delicious. They also have ice cream to scoop if you want that. One thing I wasn't expecting was foam plates and bowls. But that's OK With me. I guessed rightly that they probably don't have enough staff to wash all those glass dishes. I saw online that if you really need them, they will go in the back to get some. The food was awesome. The orange chicken and lo mein were my favorites but the fried zucchini and shrimp were great. I enjoys everything I ate. You will need to come multiple times to truly taste everything this place has to offer. Super buffet has a great staff who seem to really care for the business. Have gone here in the past and have had decent food. But the last two times we have been grossed out. The last time we went the salt shacker was extremely dirty and had hair on it. And floor had bunch food all over. Then tonight went throught the line and grabbed a plate and it was greasy, the next two had dried food on the bottom. My sons drink cup had chunks of something brown in it. Then went to get my other son some ice cream and the first couple bowls had what appeared to be dried rice in it. Also the ice cream cooler had dried ice cream all over the top and on the floor in front of it. read more

Nope. This used to be an okay place, typical Chinese buffet. Not the best, but certainly not the worst. I used to enjoy it. After not stopping in for a few months, I popped in for lunch this week after a medical appointment I needed to fast for. After not eating for 12 hours, I thought I would have been happy with anything... I was incredibly disappointed. When I walked in the door, there was brown stuff all over the floor. Mud? Dog mess? Something chocolaty that some kid stepped on? I have no idea, but someone stepped in something, tracked it down the hallway and tracked it through the front walkway. But okay... sometimes things happen, maybe they haven't seen it yet. So I moved past that. Waitress seats me at a booth. Gets me a glass of water. I go to go up to the buffet and the floor around the buffet is sticky. So the entire time I'm up there I get to hear "scccccccrrrrrrriiiiiiitch scccccccrrrrrrriiiiiiitch scccccccrrrrrrriiiiiiitch" with every step. The salmon was overcooked. The crab rangoons were dark brown. When I started eating some of the zucchini dish they always have there, I got to a part where it was like the entire end of the zucchini was brown, bruised and mushy. The inside of the eggrolls were sour.... which leads me to believe maybe the cabbage had gone bad. I'm not sure. All of the food was luke-warm at best. I left feeling pretty unsatisfied, but that didn't stop what I did eat from leaving me feeling rather uncomfortable for the rest of the day. It sat like a stone in my stomach. Will not be returning for awhile. Left a tip, because I always do, but not sure why I did when I never saw my waitress again until I was paying to leave. Came back here for dinner with a friend around 7pm and we stayed over an hour. After 30 min there and finishing a plate I noticed that they would not bring out much fresh food. I assumed that they did not want to because of wasting the food but their had to of been 10 other diners there and some had recently come in. I waited over an hour for them to finally bring out some snow crab legs but nothing and we gave up and left. This experience was very different from my prior one which leads me to believe that you must be there during their peak hours or your experience will suffer. read more

I get sick EVERY Time I eat here. I have given this place plenty of chances and each time I'm let down. Even if I go during the times that food is supposed to be "fresh". The food is never fresh unless you ASK for it to be put out there fresh. The chicken is soggy and gray. Even through the sauce you can see that the chicken is gray. Rice is dry and not cooked right. Lets not even start on the ice cream.. melted and dirty, yes dirty. Everything about this restaurant is sketchy.. Have become very disappointed with Super Buffet, used to go 2-3 times a month but lately the food hasn't been fresh or hot. Their "dinner hour" supposedly begins after 3:30 pm but don't look for fresh/hot food til around. 6pm. There's zero spice or heat to anything anymore, even the so-called "spicy chicken" and there's never any sushi. You have to ask for sushi and they'll make a single roll when/if they get time....no variety. Makes me sad cuz I loved eating there. It's a cheap Chinese buffet. The restaurant isn't necessarily the cleanest with dirty tables and clutter. The buffet is full of hot food, and is acceptable for the price paid. Service is acceptable, but waitresses continue banter and bickering throughout dining area. read more

This place used to be pretty good. We haven't been in a couple of years or more. We went there on 3/17/18. It was terrible. The food was not good. The place was filthy... sticky floor, greasy dust everywhere, the buffet did not look fresh and well kept, the ice cream cooler was filled with old, crusty ice cream droppings in between the ice cream containers. Did not even dare venture in the restroom. The person filling the buffet talked on her cell phone the entire time we were there. We should have got up and left. After telling our child waitress that the pork in the soup was undercooked, she asked with a smirk, "do you want me to take it?" I should have known what I was getting into by the sad life's of the fish in the half filled broken aquarium. To be honest that could be what you're eating! Or by the eerie flickering of the lights in the bathrooms that's were horribly vandalized & unsanitary. super buffet? more like no thanks! at first glance the exterior creates feelings of uncertainty and fear. upon walking in i wondered if it was deserted... almost but not quite! the hostess proceeded to punch my child, rob my grandmother, and insulted my blouse. we got to the buffet and begun to browse its suspicious contents. i picked out some crab legs, sesame chicken, and a bit of fried shrimp-- bad choice! the crab had a wonderfully sour undertone, the chicken was lime green, and the shrimp was most likely ran over by a car. in the midst of enjoying my poisoned food, a waiter passed by and begun eating off my plate! i didnt mind, tbh keep it. cut to dessert- i was pleased to find myself eating a sponge covered in scrambled eggs, mmmm:) i went to the bathroom after the meal and was offered crack cocaine by the manager. on the way out a bus boy stole my baby. my final complaint is that there was no cottage cheese left. read more

I found something not-so-nice after leaving: it felt like the food just wouldn't digest and I spent the following day puking.
