All the food came out at one time and it was served very very hot and stayed hot throughout the meal. The serving size was large and the quality was high. The miso soup was bland and tofu was quite big. I'm used to soft tofu but the soup had firm tofu so it tasted weird. The ginger dressing for the salad tasted like spicy mayo with chunks of ginger. Definitely different from normal salad any sushi place would offer. We weren't aware of the owner change. But the food is definitely different and not the same. Overall we left with a decent bill. But it'll probably be our last visit.
