I have to say, I am tired of bending over backwards to make a donation happen. Hours and days of donation have become inconsistent and worse the last couple of years. I call in advance and still was turned away my last 3 attempts to donate on arrival. This last time I showed up during open hours just to find a closed sign for lunch. But no indication of this during my call in advance. Complete unprofessionalism and excuses for the lack of professionalism are never ending.
