I have to say, I am tired of bending over backwards to make a donation happen. Hours and days of donation have become inconsistent and worse the last couple of years. I call in advance and still was turned away my last 3 attempts to donate on arrival. This last time I showed up during open hours just to find a closed sign for lunch. But no indication of this during my call in advance. Complete unprofessionalism and excuses for the lack of professionalism are never ending. It was apparent the speech of excuses to address the shortcomings has been given often. Will never donate or drive the distance to support.
