Last time I will be coming to this store. During my shopping and looking around, I almost sliced my hand on a random wedged-in razor blade! The staff should be more aware of what sick people hide on the shelves, or where the staff loses their unboxing blades. Looks Dollar Tree needs more staff members since there isn't enough eyes to monitor these dangerous things. Could have been a child or teen finding this razor blade! read more

Every time I come here, this lady Susan has a horrible attitude. If she is so miserable working there, maybe she should find another job that doesn't involve customer service. There are many people in the AV that need employment but yet, you guys hire people like her. She is rude and very impolite! I thought maybe she was having a bad day the first time I came in contact with her, as she yelled at me to put a divider for the next customer, then threw it on the counter. Time after time she had the same exact attitude. Does Dollar Tree not care to treat people as humans, just because we shop at a discount store? If it wasn't for the nice woman at the register I would leave zero stars. Her coworker Vanessa on the other hand that seemed like the manager or at least tried to act like she is literally acted like we were ghost as we walked up to the checkout lane didn't acknowledge us at all. I was carrying a handful of stuff and couldn't even let us know politely that they were closing down the register or busy as I stood there in silence giving time for a greeting. And when I proceeded to finally ask if I could set my items down and if that lane was open she barely wanted to respond and gave no eye contact and was so dismissive and rude. I will never be returning to this Dollar Tree if she is working. I would never treat someone that way in customer service. Such a shame. read more

The dollar tree at this location has gift cards. I never knew that and was pleasantly surprised to see such a variety. They have helium balloons, gift cards and greetings cards. The perfect stop when you're heading out to a party. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Great location. read more

Went into the store to get some soap & food. Last time at this store for me. I got the feeling , that we older people get, to use the bathroom. I walked to the rear of the store and there were two bathrooms. One for Employees and one for customers. Both were locked. I went up front to get the key and was notified by a girl that the bathrooms were broken and they lost the key. I said that by law there had to be bathrooms. She was nasty and repeated they were closed. I felt like leaving a pile on the floor for her to clean up ! read more

This dollar tree is next to Tj max and trader joes. Its very well stocked. I found my milk chocolate kisses here, many candies. And this great shower soap holder. Very well stocked compared to other dollar trees. Worth the drive. read more

Went to make a return & was advised that the manager was at lunch therefore unable to return until the manager return which in 10 mins. Unbelievable that the cashier or anothet employee was unable to perform such transaction, causing me to wait! It should be standard practice that multiple people in the store can preform such transaction. Furthermore, the manager that was on lunch was in store stocking the shelves but unable to assist me until she return from lunch! I guess dollar tree have a super employee selectively choosing type of work she will conduct during her lunch break, simply deplorable, lack of empathy for customer service. read more

This place is horrible. My wife and I were in like for 15 min, and one cashier. Another line open, and several people went to that line, then my wife and I went over. We laid all of our stuff down, and someone reason the other cashier stopped her transaction. So, the line we were, pushed our stuff to the side and took the other people before us.... WTF? We were already there, and stuff was there and she pushed us aside to help other people. This was a waste of time. Decent stock, pretty messy, but most dollar stores are. There's one or two very very nice employees there, which is why they're getting two stars instead of one, but a lot of them are rude and lazy. As someone that worked retail for years, I have very little patience for that. Suck it up and do what you're being paid to do. Have had multiple experiences with employees not saying a word to me except what my total is, no smile, no greeting, no "thank you" or "have a nice day". They act put out that I dared to shop at their store. Today I went in, got what I needed, and stood at the one open register with no employees in sight. Waited for several minutes and could actually hear one of the employees talking on her phone in the little back room near the registers. Probably thought customers couldn't hear her in there, but nope, clear as day, "Hello, oh hey, nah I'm just at work, what's up?". All while a line is forming with no cashiers to be found. I just want to give another loud shout out to the employee Jose we were walking around the store seeing what new stuff they had he comes up to me and to my wife and says are you guys finding everything okay or do you guys need help finding something and we had trouble looking for candles he took us to the aisle where the candles were but they were out of stock so he said let me go check in the back to see if we have anymore he could have just said we don't have anymore but he took his time to go look because I had asked another employee his name was Juan he said they don't have anymore but it was in a really rude way but why did Jose go back there and he bring out two boxes he gave me three candles and then he stocked the rest on the shelf whatever you guys do ask for Jose what I've seen he stocks everything I will be coming back more and more because of him my wife says he is really nice and respectful I have never met someone like that read more
