The lady with the short hair was very rude. She was so weird. She took along time ringing my stuff up, like super long. She then charged me for 4 balloons and attempted to give me 3. I had to wait more than 20 minutes.." this lady played clueless, she was super rude and just wasted my time. I won't be shopping here in the near future. read more

Give 0 starts if I could. Have been here multiple times. Was shopping and accused of stealing while at the register paying for my items. The lady was this big girl she was literally shaking from how angry she was while telling me to give her my purse because she got a call I was placing items in my bag. I handed over my purse then said do you really think I'm stealing? And she's just staring at me with so much anger.. repeating that she got a call that I was stealing. Another super rude lady came up next to the girl that was charging me and says I am not allowed to have a purse in here.... So I asked her where's the sign outside that states that and she says that for future reference... so I told her I'm cancelling my transaction she says don't come back and I told her I wasn't and that they're all b*tches. Honestly they are. There is no footage of me placing any items I clearly didn't steal anything as she confirmed after searching my bag meanwhile embarrassing me. There was no apology coming from them after being wrong. Instead they continued to give horrible attitude not caring if they are losing a customer since I go there a lot and live close by. I have seen them give rude attitude but this was super uncalled for, super unprofessional and they should not be working in customer service. This place is horrible. read more

I purchased a Bluetooth speaker to give to my 81-year-old mother, and it was only $3.50. I was wondering how come it was so cheap and now I know why they're selling broken electronic items in the store and they said I had 15 days to return if I wanted to do a refund or exchange when I came to the store and told them the item wasn't working they told me I cannot get a refund back and they didn't have any extra ones so I lost my money I will never return to the store to purchase not even a bag of chips. They stole my $3.50 and I think that's highway robbery when you're selling items that clearly do not work and when you go to try to get a refund they tell you no refund. The store is extremely beautiful and very attractive. However they will not refund you your money if you purchase something and it does not work they gave me the number to corporate office and that's all they give you. I'm sending an email right now as we speak. read more

My family and I visited Palmdale's Family Dollar Store #10250 on Friday, 12/22/2023. We decided drop in to pick up a few last minute Christmas items. Upon arrival, there were limited parking available. So, my husband decided to let my daughter and I out in front of the store as he continued to look parking. We were later joined by husband who was on the phone and very upset with someone on the other end. Apparently, this person claimed to be calling from their corporate office and had witnessed him on CCTV dumping items in their trash bins. This person retrieved his phone number off of his truck and decided to scold him and threatened to call the police. We waited and encouraged that they call local authorities who would be able to review the tapes and have them realize that their accusations were wrong. Additionally, we were demanding an apology but were met myriad of excuses as to them not knowing who had called and that we would need to call the corporate office. I'd like for this store to understand that my husband has worked hard to develop his own company and takes pride as a black owner who provides professional services. Today, was an attack on his credibility and what he stands for. I am appalled that my family and I were accused of something that we did not do and received no apology not even from the store manager. Have a backbone...you're responsible for ensuring that customers have an enjoying shopping experience and leave your store wanting to return in the future. Instead, she couldn't even look us in the face as she offered to return items from out cart to the store shelves. Family Dollar, how about you focus on cleaning up the back of your store and securing your trash bins (to deter dumping) rather than accusing an innocent family of dumping. read more

We came to the Family Dollar and we we came and shop and my little one she's 8 and had a emergency last minute had to use the restroom. The guy said no because we didn't have no Restroom but I showed you guys a video saying that there is a bathroom but he's not willing to let my daughter used it and she's only eight. And I as a parent I had to step out and she had a accident. And where not from the area. We live 2 hours away. I'm truly upset that this store that says it's a family store. And I truly don't recommend this store that has children. read more

Family Dollar - Bathroom - Discount Store Near Me - Palmdale, California

There's a short, torta that works there with no neck that's a so-called "supervisor". She was rude and unpleasant the minute I walked In the store. She had a nasty attitude and because I asked her to do a return on some items that I purchased, she didn't want to do her freaking job. Had the nerve to give me an attitude when you choose to work at a convenience store. There's nothing friendly or family related about this place. And it's in the ghetto so they hire anything off the street to work there. Go to target, go to stater bros, that's a few minutes away where the workers are much friendlier and pleasant not miserable like the things that work there. read more

This store is madness. Advertisements says one thing but the store says another. The employees don't know anything. Useless. Their response, "Call corporate". Never again. read more

First time here for the Christmas season and the place had lots of things. I didn't have time to browse but looked like they had semi good product and prices. The bad thing is electronic returns....I bought a charger and didn't work at all but when I went to return they said i needed to get the same one which didn't make sense. After I said nah I just wanna buy something else they refused to give me a refund, I had a receipt. They said i could only get another electronic..so I was basically forced to get a electronic I didn't want or need.... it was not a good experience since I rather have store credit at least to buy something else. Kinda tainted the whole impression of the store now for me. Simple problem and they made it super difficult. Not happy read more

It reminds me of big lots because of the wide variety of things sold here . I personally love it because they have my dogs food at $12 where as target has the exact same brand for $15 plus when you get the app they give you so many deals !! If you spend $25 you get $5 off read more

I just came off shift at one of the local hospitals and it was a long night. I had to stop on my way home to get some much needed feminine products. I waited patiently for the store to open at 8am. When it was time a young lady opened the door and informed me and a few other people. They were letting seniors in only until 9am. I was very tired and getting ready to get in my car to leave. When I happened to come across Flor one of the managers I believe. I explained my situation to her and she was so kind and compassionate. She allowed me to come in to get the things I needed. Was only in there for 5min at most since what I needed was not far. I just wanted to say. Many people say thanks healthcare workers we appreciate you. However this particular morning after a long shift. Flor's kindness was so much appreciated. Thank you so much Flor for saving me from having to wait or run around to find another store open. Flor you are my hero today and I appreciate you. You made my day and put a smile in my heart. Flor thanked me for all we do and she definitely showed it by a small act of kindness. read more
