They were so hands on without being pushy, even playing ball with the kids while we were browsing. They stayed late helping us put order together so much so Vincent might have even been a bit late for his anniversary dinner waiting on us, like WOW! Do you think you'd get that type of service at a box furniture store? They suggested having our sectional custom made to exactly the size, color and material we wanted. The price was very reasonable to me as well! I will give an update once we receive our order and enjoy sitting on it in the house. The sectional we purchased was hand made here in the US which is great to keep someone here in the UNITED STATES employed!!! They have promised delivery in less than 2 weeks, can you believe that? I can't cause my previous Ashley purchase took at least 4 weeks to be delivered and it was sent piece by piece. We also selected a large dining room set and will be heading back in a week or so for an additional bedroom set including a new mattress set and who knows what else... like that deep blue love seat that detaches that I kept staring at, all know is we'll be going back! We highly recommend supporting this family owned business!

I ordered a nightstand online in July and received and email that it was delivered in September. It was not delivered until November. Once I opened the nigthstand, they had sent me the wrong item (wrong brand, color, style, everything). When I brought this to their attention, they continued to tell me to call back. I called a total of 7 times before it was somewhat solved. I was met with such rudeness and disrespect throughout those 7 calls. Blame was placed on me a multitude of times when I have the proof of their mistake (sending a different item than I ordered). This mistake caused me to lose about $150. What was a shame is the fact that the king size floor model was drastically marked down on sale but it was way too large for the room, sigh :-(. Anyway, we needed a new mattress, too, so Hilda said they would give us a good deal on the whole purchase amount and she brought in manager Victor.
