I had a stroller with me and it made looking at things very difficult. The store did not seem to have AC. They don't seem to have anything Brand new in stock. So if you want something same day, you have to buy the display one. A brand new item, you have to order and wait a few days.

First I get told that I have to speak to Nolan, then he tells me that I have to speak to a manager, but the manager is rarely in the building. Today I called to see if a manager was in the building and was told no. I asked if they knew when a manager would be in and was again told simply, "No." I explained my problem to whichever salesman I was speaking to, who told me that I need to speak to the "Customer Service Person" Aida who will be in tomorrow. I'll give them one last chance to make this right and if that doesn't happen I'll be speaking to my bank to get the amount I've put down on this theoretical dresser reversed. UPDATE: I spoke to Aida and she advised me to stop by the store today, 6/17, and I'd be be able to speak with her and the owner and proceed with the refund. I got to the store today, unfortunately without my copy of the receipt. Aida (not the store owner) advised me that without my copy of the receipt, the best they can do is store credit. This was never explained to me at any point during any conversation I had with any member of staff until today. What good will store credit do for a shop that's supposedly "going out of business" according to their signs? I'm now disputing the charges with my financial institutions. If this store is really going out of business, I can see why. If not, that's a really low marketing tactic and I cannot recommend strongly enough taking your money elsewhere.

First, I had a couch that was passed down to me from my parents. I took in the pillows to see if he could find a match for a foot stool. He found that the couches were already discontinued, but he went above and beyond to find the materials and had a foot stool made for me. I bought my dining room table with him, which is still gorgeous. He also found my TV stand, which I had very specific dimensions, but he found it anyway. I have had to get a chair for an elderly person who needed the chair to lift for him. When it broke within the first year, Ben made sure it was replaced per the 1 year warranty. Just recently, Ben, his wife and staff helped me and my friend who is elderly, to find furniture for her first apartment. She has never lived alone and he was very attentive to her needs. It's mostly old wooden furniture and fixtures but there are plenty of smaller items to check out, too. If I didn't sell my truck recently, I would have easily purchased a waterfall dresser or some other large piece-- their prices are fair! There were two kind gentlemen running the place together. They genuinely welcomed me and my two grown kids, and seemed pleased to have customers. It's always great to feel valued. The three of us really had fun looking around and we did make some purchases. My friend located a sofa she liked, agreed upon the price then she requested delivery to her home 10 miles away in Quartz Hill. They quoted the delivery charge at $600.00. Yes you're reading this correctly. They told her their warehouse is in Los Angeles so they have to charge the delivery fee from downtown Los Angeles. Obviously she canceled the purchase and I decided against a purchase or any future purchases as the delivery fee clearly was gouging. No business with a location in Palmdale charges you a delivery fee from their warehouse. That's their choice to put a warehouse 55 miles from their store. Avoid this business at all costs. They will gouge you whenever possible.
