I tend to be very critical of what takes up residence on Lancaster Boulevard and this little shop certainly makes the cut! They were so hands on without being pushy, even playing ball with the kids while we were browsing. They stayed late helping us put order together so much so Vincent might have even been a bit late for his anniversary dinner waiting on us, like WOW! Do you think you'd get that type of service at a box furniture store? They suggested having our sectional custom made to exactly the size, color and material we wanted. The price was very reasonable to me as well! I will give an update once we receive our order and enjoy sitting on it in the house. The sectional we purchased was hand made here in the US which is great to keep someone here in the UNITED STATES employed!!! They have promised delivery in less than 2 weeks, can you believe that? I can't cause my previous Ashley purchase took at least 4 weeks to be delivered and it was sent piece by piece. We also selected a large dining room set and will be heading back in a week or so for an additional bedroom set including a new mattress set and who knows what else... like that deep blue love seat that detaches that I kept staring at, all know is we'll be going back! Anyway, I just want to say the I came here on a Monday night before closing and there were 2 lines and I was on the one that was not moving. So a young lady came and opened a register but instead of taking customers from the line that was not moving she decided to take customers from the line that was. I am very patient by the way but there seemed to be confusion at the register, but I felt like it would be solved any minute now, so I stayed because I was next. So after 10 minutes I suggested she take customers from my line which means I should have been next. However, she ignored me. Manager was in the front and didn't even say anything. These workers need serious training. Al yssa, please do better to consider what your customers are explaining to you.

They haven't fixed them and then to top it off they left their drills "rushing to another delivery" after half a** putting my couch together tried to come back for them a day later while I was at work at tried opening my door and hopping my balcony peeking through windows when I gave them a specific time to pick them up or I can drop them off. But ofcourse like with everything else they come on their OWN time.

I headed into the dishes section because I am looking for a good-sized bowl for soups and salads. They had plenty of options, just not within my budget. I want something that is good for everyday use, microwave and dish washer safe. I checked the clearance section and found a set of four bowl for $7 - what a steal. I grabbed them before someone else could. Store is on the smaller side, but it's fully stocked, neat, and prices are not hard on the pocket. A solid stop if you're looking for deals. Plenty of free parking that is free.
