They have a script that goes like, "we got an order in today let me see if yours is in it." They go to the back for a while and come back and say, "looks like yours wasn't in it but we are getting another shipment in next week!" I've been told this exact thing twice now. I talked to the owner and he seemed to understand, but after reading other people experiences I think he won't do anything about it. I'm going in tomorrow to cancel my order. I would have given this place glowing reviews a few years ago for their customer service and quality products, but now I would recommend anywhere else. Update: I ended up not canceling my order because I didn't feel like driving down there. After they told me they would have it Thursday they didn't have it. They got it on Friday and we had to wait while they tuned it when we came in at 4 pm. Over all very poor experience. Definitely will NOT be taking advantage of the benefit of purchasing a bike here. So awesome especially since kids out grow their bikes fast and bikes can be expensive. We will definitely use it for all of our kids. My wife and I went back together on Mother's Day to let her pick one out. The same lady manager was overtly rude again. She then argued with me that she did NOT have the kayak I had just seen there a day earlier. So I got a different associate to go get it and I bought it. I am a life long "outdoorsman". Typically people working in the outdoor specialty industry are positive, active, people looking forward to interacting with like minded people. Their business info states to come early for check-in so you can purchase sundries and snacks. Well there were things like chums, there were no snacks nor beverages for purchase. With the heat one would think it wise to offer water to your customers. On our trip the shuttle driver told us where to meet him for the shuttle pickup and about how much time it would take us to get there. There were 12 of us on the van and 10 of us were able to get to the place within 10 minutes arrival of each other. The last couple did not. We waited another 30 minutes in the heat for them to arrive. Although you cannot control for self absorbed people, it might be a good idea to give some instructions on keeping up in the group so that you are not holding everyone up waiting for you (think pace of play or pace of float). I would still recommend Float Eureka as they provided a great experience overall.
