Well, the link does not work, so we arrived 30 mins prior to our reservation as instructed in the instructions. You walk into the nice building and serval workers are there yet no one engages with you to welcome you. Finally you get some one at that counter and tell them you are there to checkin. We are told we are the only party in that reservation slot, we get weighed, and sign the waiver. After you sign the waiver nothing happens. They don't tell you anything you just wait. I did mentioned that we tried to sign them online and another lady says oh yeah that doesn't work and we cannot change the email with the instructions either. Seems odd. Well, after you wait with no communication from the staff eventually Maykala came to say she was going to get us geared up. She took our group started to work with us and then a guide Seth came and told her to take a break. He may have been trying to be funny with some of the things he was saying, however it came off as very rude. Out on the lines we had a good time. The first line we went down everyone in our group was turning around and Seth made a comment to my husband and me that our boys were not holding the brake correctly causing them to turn, well when my husband and I went we both turned. The next line Maykala told us to hold the brake a little different and seemed to make a big difference. The problem was Seth was receiving and he told our one son (who has autism) he was doing it wrong which needless to say upset him since he did exactly what he was just instructed to do. Seth would continue to make comments to our boys that I'm not sure if he thought were funny or what, however again it just came across as rude. After the lines you return to the office. No communication if you are free to go or what. We knew from watching a previous group checkout that they have photos you can buy. So, when I went to buy some drink and the lady asked if I wanted photos I told her no one has talked to us about them however, yes we wanted them. Overall it was a fun time. Maykala was amazing! The rest of the crew in the office and Seth needs to learn about customer service.

It was a great run and the staff waiting at the bottom made sure you stopped properly and ensured each person quickly leaves to keep the lines moving. I was worried I operated the camera incorrectly so when I checked the video link, I was so happy that despite myself "pausing" the video, it still captured my entire flight. After we got called up to the observation deck, it took about 20 minutes to get called to go to the zipline. The guy working was really nice and talked us through everything. The guys at the end of the zipline were really cool too. The ride itself was really fun. It lasted about a minute and you go really fast and the views are really great. Instead of hanging like you would on a traditional zipline, you sit in a big harness, which IMO kind of takes a bit of the fun out of it. It felt a lot less 'dangerous'. But it was fun to try once. Probably wouldn't do it again but would recommend it to others.

It's not one of those parks where little kids are limited. They can stay busy all day. The whole park has a really cool 1880s theme and is honestly one of the most beautiful theme parks I've been to. Between the shops, craftsmen, and scenery, it feels more like an experience than just rides. That said, be ready for a lot of walking. This park is very hilly and you will feel it by the end of the day. Lines can also get long during busy times. Overall, it's a really unique place with a ton to do for all ages. Between the shows, rides, and kid-friendly activities, you can easily spend a full day here and still not see everything.

My sister and I went today to Fritz's at 10am, since that is when it is posted that they "Open". We paid and went in to find nothing but the little kids climbing things open. We stood in line for TreeTops and were told "NOT to stand in line because they were not open". We said we would wait, thinking that is may be 15 minutes or so, but were told four more times to "NOT stand in line" because they would not open until maybe 11:30 or later - an hour and a half AFTER their "Open" time. We had come to do TreeTops specifically, but went and did the multi-story ropes course just to waste time. Even that course was not open until 30 minutes AFTER their "open" time. I thought when a business says they are open, they are actually open. If you can't get your act together and have things open until noon, then put NOON as your "OPEN" time. Don't waste our time and money. So, we are on the third floor of the ropes course, and a worker came up to us and told us that the Treetops will open in 10 minutes and to go down and get in line. We went down, took off our gear, and went to get in line. The worker girl inside the TreeTops area said we are "NOT OPEN! Do NOT stand in line!" So, at that point, we left. We had had enough of the piss poor attitudes of the workers, and the very, very poorly run business. Unless someone else runs the place, I would question going back. You are shooting the dice to whether you even get to do anything once you have paid your money. And the outside ziplines were all closed, and the workers said they had been closed for a while. Is that on your website, and do you tell people that when they make reservations. That is most of that course. So my review would be a zero if that were a choice. Save your money and your time!

She said she would "just watch." Thirty minutes later.... soaring across the sky!

We went on a Saturday in the morning time and it was not very crowded, but it seemed to start to fill up faster as it approached noon. Fun area to come with family and friends and enjoy some food and the lake on a hot summer day!

For our anniversary we took a long weekend to camp at Prairie Creek Campground (a CoE park). We…read morerented a pontoon boat for Saturday from the marina. (First of all, pricing for boat rentals is CRAZY, $700 for the day!) We (5 of us) get there at 9:00 that morning, ready to go. We check in, get assigned boat #5, we load a day's worth of "stuff" (2 coolers, food, floaties, towels, etc.), get our instructions, back out of the slip, and motor toward open water. As soon as we pass the "no wake zone" buoy the boat starts beeping. We turn around for the marina. Get back, go inside, and ... wait my turn. Tell them the boat is beeping. "Okay, we'll be with you in just a minute." So ... we wait. The guy who gave us our instructions comes back, and takes the boat out. Brings the boat back in, "yep, it's beeping." Volt meter says 11.4 volts. "I'll go get a new battery." We wait. He comes back with a new battery ... and no tools to install the battery. We wait. New battery is installed ... new battery doesn't solve the problem. "You'll have to go inside and talk to them." Inside: "We're 'sorry', all our boats are rented for the day. How far away do you live?" 5 hours. "Well, we can give you a refund or give you credit for another day." Um, no, I'll take the refund. We won't be back. So, all that to say this: Does the marina check the boats between rentals? Who knows. What we do know: they don't hold ANY boats back "just in case" something like this happens. Additionally: you were just renting ONE of their 10 (12 ... 15 ...?) boats. If they ruined your day because their boat doesn't work, they're "sorry". Beware of boat #5!

Worth every penny! This was our first experience zip-lining. The tour took slightly less than 2 hours, with 8 people in our group. Our tour guides, Zed and Jacob, were wonderful! They truly made the experience fun and exciting. They had a great sense of humor and had us all laughing the entire time. They took excellent measures to ensure safety was a priority. This was the best first experience for my husband and I at ziplining. The owners and guides were so friendly and welcoming and made our first trip an amazing experience. There were a couple of beginner zips for us first-timers that led into a long beautiful and fast couple of zips. Very minimal hiking was required and they took us to and from on a bus and provided a cooler for us. Such a fun and memorable experience. With the heat one would think it wise to offer water to your customers. On our trip the shuttle driver told us where to meet him for the shuttle pickup and about how much time it would take us to get there. There were 12 of us on the van and 10 of us were able to get to the place within 10 minutes arrival of each other. The last couple did not. We waited another 30 minutes in the heat for them to arrive. Although you cannot control for self absorbed people, it might be a good idea to give some instructions on keeping up in the group so that you are not holding everyone up waiting for you (think pace of play or pace of float). I would still recommend Float Eureka as they provided a great experience overall.

It's an amazing place with waterfalls, a stream for fishing, and several caves. The artifacts on…read moredisplay are interesting and well done. In general, it's a very peaceful place. There is guided or self-guided fishing and guided tours via tram or self-guided tours via bike or walking. There is a restaurant on site in the mill building. There is wildlife along the way and there are herds of Bison and elk as well as some Texas longhorn cattle. The park straddles the Missouri - Arkansas boarder. Feeling a bit hesitant at first to do it on bike but it was the best feeling. It was a perfect 68, clear skies and lilac blooms along the way. The perfection was almost overwhelming. A tram is also available for a round trip adventure but the bike was just too fun to pass up. Along the way we saw all kinds of little critters, snakes, fish and birds. Stopped at the tree house, chapel and most of the waterfalls. On bike with all the stops about 2 hours, walking could easily be 3+. Bikes are $15 each and I highly recommend getting there early so you have your pick cause the good ones go fast. Some have baskets and you should get one of those and then fill it with a picnic lunch. Little under $20 per person for entry, with discounts for veterans, seniors and children. Large parking but the place is popular, so again if possible arrive early.
