I cannot express how happy I am that I made the change and how thankful I am to work with bankers who actually take pride in what they do and prioritize servicing their clients. I bank at the branch in Orange and deal with Dania M primarily and Karina K occasionally. Both ladies are an absolute pleasure to work with. Each is customer care oriented and customer retention minded. They go above and beyond to make sure my team is taken care of. I cannot recommend First Pacific Bank and this branch (especially because of Dania and Karina) enough. Stop wasting your time and energy with the big banks and give First Pacific Bank a call!!

The lady looked around and told me " wait a bit" in Chinese. I asked her how long do I need to wait. She said " er 15 minutes". I turned around and left. Please note that there was a line at the time. Only two windows were open. There are so many employees at the branch, but they were working in groups. It just looks like an unorganized bank and they don't know what the heck they are doing. They need to catch up on the speed and service.
