I knocked off a star because only two tellers were working in the morning, and there was a bit of a wait. They do have a coin machine here in the branch - only one - could probably fit another coin machine given how big this branch is. Two ATMs upfront, but they are relatively older looking, so I opted to head inside to the tellers to do my cash transaction. They should consider upgrading their ATMs to the modern ones that SchoolsFirst recently rolled out county-wide. That said, the plus is that if you belong to a credit union, you can still pull cash fee-free from the Wescom ATMs in front of the branch.

The manager made an excuse it was lunch time and that the reason only one teller was aviable. What a poor way of providing customer service. How about back up like part time help or the manager himself behind the window? I rest my case.

When I pulled up to the plaza, the bank was easy to spot with big signage at street level. I walked in and was immediately greeted by two friendly staff, Anna and Isabella. Before walking into the branch I was upset because the banker, who opened my account at another location, had not returned replied to my voicemail or emails from last week. As soon as I was assisted by Anna, I got the sense of urgency and concern to help. Anna asked me what issue I was having took down my information. Telephone banking had a long hold, so Anna told me she would call me later to not have me waiting too long. I thought, "oh great, she'll never call me back." I was AMAZED at how quickly (within the hour) Anna called me with great news and a solution to my issue. I wish I had visited this branch from day one to build better relationship. Anna took my issue and handled it from start to finish without making me feel neglected. Thank you Anna! Also, thank you to Isabella for helping me at the teller window with other requests. She's a sweetheart! Both Anna and Isabella are a gem to have working at BMO! I was feeling so frustrated with another branch, but they gave me a phenomenal experience. That's how all branches should be. I'm happy this branch is close to my office.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ON THE MORTGAGE LOANS WITH NAVY FEDERAL…read more I strongly encourage anyone considering Navy Federal for a mortgage to research recent customer experiences before starting the process. Our experience was extremely disappointing and stressful. After going through the mortgage process and preparing for our scheduled closing, we were informed ONE BUSINESS DAY before closing that our loan would not move forward due to information that we believe could have been requested and addressed much earlier in the process. By that point, our household was packed, plans had been made, and we were preparing to move into our new home. The lack of timely communication and the late-stage decision left our family in an incredibly difficult position. A home purchase is one of the biggest commitments a family makes, and we expected a lender to provide clear communication, thorough review, and proper guidance throughout the process. Based on our experience, we feel Navy Federal did not meet those expectations. We have since moved forward with another lender and wish we had made that choice from the beginning. I am sharing this experience so other families can ask questions, do their research, and make an informed decision before choosing a mortgage lender.

Just when I thought I had the best Chase financial experience figured out the day prior( review) in Fontana, California - Andres, Jose and their awesome team and stellar care pulled me back in and hence this review. This is a cool branch with a nice design. Andres greeted me with a big smile and welcome right away and upon inquiring the nature of my visit took me over to the fantastic Jose who had the deposit slip and blue pen ready. Loved it! Jose was a bundle of energy and a great worker. Great conversation while taking care of the transaction 1-2-3! He covered everything and ensured all was good and if I needed anything else. Andres then took the baton again and did the extraordinary finish with the offer for a bottle of water( by the way no Chase bank in the US has done that) and walked me to the door. The other team members here were happy and relaxed. This branch is in the back of a shopping center and is next to the Mother's Market & Kitchen and Starbucks and across the street from the LA Fitness. Waze takes you right to it and you probably will not see any markers or signs until you are smack in front of this location. The " Chase" for the # 1 Chase bank branch has taken an interesting turn.
