I bank at the branch in Orange and deal with Dania M primarily and Karina K occasionally. Both ladies are an absolute pleasure to work with. Each is customer care oriented and customer retention minded. They go above and beyond to make sure my team is taken care of. Please note that there was a line at the time. Only two windows were open. There are so many employees at the branch, but they were working in groups. It just looks like an unorganized bank and they don't know what the heck they are doing. They need to catch up on the speed and service.
