The Hispanic guy "Erik Bernal" and his boss "Some Asian guy" I had a very frustrating experience at this branch today. I arrived around 2:00 PM and didn't leave until nearly 2:54 PM, mostly due to delays verifying something as basic as my home address. Two staff members spent over 30 minutes trying to confirm my address, relying heavily on Google Maps imagery. Because the map showed a street view rather than clearly displaying the apartment complex, they concluded that my address was "incorrect." The issue is that my address is valid--it's a real apartment complex, and this could have been verified through more reliable internal systems or standard address verification tools. I felt like I was being investigated for a crime. Instead, I was left waiting while they conducted what felt like unnecessary research, only to reach an incorrect conclusion. This not only wasted my time but also showed a lack of familiarity with common address verification methods. Experiences like this make it clear why this branch struggles with customer satisfaction. Basic processes should be handled more efficiently and accurately, especially when customers are taking time out of their day to visit in person. I hope the branch improves staff training and uses better tools for verifying customer information, because this level of service is not acceptable.

Don't want to be nasty or anything but if the banker would at least take a look at my profile, she probably would have the opportunity to offer me other banking products. I certainly will not go home and open my own account online. I have accounts at other banks that bankers are more helpful.

Honestly I'm not even mad that she couldn't just make the deposit/payment quickly (I walked around Albertsons after she said they were closed and she was literally standing bored in the window as people were cleaning up. It's the fact that when I got a chance to talk to her the next day, she goes: "Did I tell you to wait in line" ummmm what?? I don't even know how to respond to that. I said all you had to do was tell me hey after this lady I'm out, but no, you let me stand in line, made eye contact with me and wasted my time She said something along the lines of ya it's not my responsibility to tell you anything, I've been working since 5:45 and this is where I was kindve rude and I said um not to be rude girl but I don't care what you got goin on, a simple courtesy hey please come back tmmrw would've been great. Also told her that actually, it IS her responsibility since she represents us bank. Can't even make this up. She looked like she wanted to square up She also mentioned that this branch does not have a manager until the 17th, maybe that's why she felt comfy wildin out lmao -I used to love coming to this branch inside Albertsons, the guy always helps me and is such a gentlemen and makes me love coming there. I came in tonight unaware of the time they closed (my bad) I was standing in line for a good like ten minutes behind this one lady so when I get to the front, the girl with the braces immediately goes: ya we open at 10 tmmrw. Like girl what??? Whole time I was standing there you couldn't tell me hey this lady is the last one I'm gnna help, come back tmmrw rather than literally make eye contact with me while I was in line fully knowing she wasn't gnna help me. To make matters worse, I tried the atm and it immediately shut down
