I've been banking for over 40 years, and for the first time, an ATM took my cash deposit and then…read moreshut down completely. It was frustrating and unsettling not knowing what to do next. I had to leave my car in the drive-thru and go inside, where they called in a claim. I even had to request a claim number, as the staff treated it like a routine issue. What's more concerning is that no "Out of Order" sign was placed on the ATM afterward. In my experience, JPMorgan Chase ATMs are noticeably slower than those at other banks. Chase needs to upgrade all their ATMs.

I love how this place has an atm near the front door for convenience when the bank is opened and when this place is closed for the night, weekend, and holidays. Just use your Chase cards to slide it into a black slot by the door and you'll get in so that you can deposit your money. I've done this many times. I don't even have to pay a fee or anything like that. Depositing your money is free.

Walked in a little late, but one of the managers was really proactive, took down my number, and assured me they'd call the following day to set up an appointment. True to their word, they called right on time. We scheduled an appointment, and even though I was a few minutes late, they were super flexible. Met with Trang (she was absolutely lovely), and she went over all the products they offer. Honestly, she did her job well, but there were a couple of moments where she asked me to watch videos--felt kind of like I was onboarding for a new job, which was a little weird. Maybe just how Chase does things, though. That being said, I chose a couple of different products, and despite the cheesy videos, the whole experience was pretty effortless. Trang was incredibly helpful and made everything smooth. Glad to be banking with someone a little closer to home now.

Just came here to do a wire transfer. Came in on my lunch so it was probably 12:45PM on a weekday…read more Good thing is they have no lines at this time. You don't go to the counter if you need a wire transfer, you go to someone at the desks (fancy!). I forgot the name of the person who helped me, but he was really nice and very friendly and approachable. He asked for all my information (remember to bring a driver's license) of the transfer information. I told him I was buying my first home and was very excited. He congratulated me and proceeded to punch in the information. A couple of minutes later, another BoA associate walked up to us and introduced himself too. I believe his name was Alex or Alec. I remember cause he gave me a business card. He said he overheard that I was buying a new house and that was why I was doing the wire transfer, and said that right now for BoA accounts doing a wire transfer for their first homes, they waive the $30 wire transfer fee! I was so happy and excited that BoA would help home buyers like me! I thanked them and he finished my paperwork, and I was out of there in less than 10 minutes! A week later, I had to come back to deposit checks and I forgot my PIN number on my debit card. The same BoA associate helped me and actually remembered me! Very nice I thought of the staff. Very friendly and got me to reset my PIN number and I was out of there within 5 minutes as well! Thank you, BoA!

BofA placed a 7 day hold, I still don't have access to my funds. I emailed the bank rep who helped me open up the acct. He never responded to my emails. I called again today, he was busy and so I was promised that someone else would call me back in 20 minutes. It took 40 minutes for a return call. The bank mgr was only full of excuses and of no help at all. She said he had no way of looking into the system to see if funds were already received to lift the hold. B/c it was a new account, blah blah blah. This a horrible place. I regret opening up my accounts with them. I am considering relocating my funds to a different bank.
