Having access when I need it and working with a branch that knows me and my banking needs are critical in my business and the type of financial relationship I was seeking. It was by luck, that I ran into Branch Manager, Jamie Iwai. I orginally met Jamie at the Tustin Branch and have followed her to this current location. Once you meet her, you'll find that Jamie is a people person! She understands the value of developing those interpersonal relationships and the importance of making every customer feel appreciated. I have found her to be extremely knowledgeable and very comfortable discussing products and applications for both my Personal and Business Banking needs. This highly professional approach is share by each of her team members. Consistently on each visit, my interactions with Edward, Don and Yulisa have met the professional standard I expect. Yes, I have high expectations, but when it comes to money and investments there is very little room for error. #usbank

    Just came here to do a wire transfer. Came in on my lunch so it was probably 12:45PM on a weekday…read more Good thing is they have no lines at this time. You don't go to the counter if you need a wire transfer, you go to someone at the desks (fancy!). I forgot the name of the person who helped me, but he was really nice and very friendly and approachable. He asked for all my information (remember to bring a driver's license) of the transfer information. I told him I was buying my first home and was very excited. He congratulated me and proceeded to punch in the information. A couple of minutes later, another BoA associate walked up to us and introduced himself too. I believe his name was Alex or Alec. I remember cause he gave me a business card. He said he overheard that I was buying a new house and that was why I was doing the wire transfer, and said that right now for BoA accounts doing a wire transfer for their first homes, they waive the $30 wire transfer fee! I was so happy and excited that BoA would help home buyers like me! I thanked them and he finished my paperwork, and I was out of there in less than 10 minutes! A week later, I had to come back to deposit checks and I forgot my PIN number on my debit card. The same BoA associate helped me and actually remembered me! Very nice I thought of the staff. Very friendly and got me to reset my PIN number and I was out of there within 5 minutes as well! Thank you, BoA!

    Horrible service. Last Wednesday, I opened up an account to invest. I made two significant…read moredeposits. The funds left my Wells Fargo account the next day. BofA placed a 7 day hold, I still don't have access to my funds. I emailed the bank rep who helped me open up the acct. He never responded to my emails. I called again today, he was busy and so I was promised that someone else would call me back in 20 minutes. It took 40 minutes for a return call. The bank mgr was only full of excuses and of no help at all. She said he had no way of looking into the system to see if funds were already received to lift the hold. B/c it was a new account, blah blah blah. This a horrible place. I regret opening up my accounts with them. I am considering relocating my funds to a different bank.
