Having access when I need it and working with a branch that knows me and my banking needs are critical in my business and the type of financial relationship I was seeking. It was by luck, that I ran into Branch Manager, Jamie Iwai. I orginally met Jamie at the Tustin Branch and have followed her to this current location. Once you meet her, you'll find that Jamie is a people person! She understands the value of developing those interpersonal relationships and the importance of making every customer feel appreciated. I have found her to be extremely knowledgeable and very comfortable discussing products and applications for both my Personal and Business Banking needs. This highly professional approach is share by each of her team members. Consistently on each visit, my interactions with Edward, Don and Yulisa have met the professional standard I expect. Yes, I have high expectations, but when it comes to money and investments there is very little room for error. #usbank

Truly Above and Beyond -- Exceptional People and Exceptional Service…read more There are times when customer service becomes something much more meaningful--and that has been our experience with Financial Partners Credit Union. For the past two years, Christa, District Manager; Maribel, Branch Manager; and Jazmin, Personal Banker, have gone above and beyond for my dad and our family. From helping us through fraudulent activity involving his accounts to recently navigating the complicated process of establishing banking for The Reid Family Trust, these three incredible women have been there for us every step of the way. Unfortunately, my dad's health has significantly declined, and managing his financial affairs on his behalf has become an emotional and sometimes overwhelming responsibility. During this difficult chapter in our lives, Christa, Maribel, and Jazmin have shown us something that goes far beyond banking--genuine compassion, patience, integrity, and a sincere commitment to helping our family when we needed it most. They have taken the time to listen, explain complicated processes, work through difficult situations, and help protect my dad's financial interests. We have never felt like just another account or transaction. They have treated my dad with dignity and treated me with kindness, understanding, and respect. Financial Partners didn't simply handle our banking needs. Christa, Maribel, and Jazmin helped carry some of the burden during one of the most challenging times in our family's life. That level of compassion and service is rare, and it is something I will never forget. To Christa, Maribel, and Jazmin--thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything you have done and continue to do for my dad and our family. You represent Financial Partners Credit Union at the highest level and are an extraordinary example of what customer service should be. Five stars simply aren't enough to express our gratitude. I would recommend Financial Partners Credit Union without hesitation.

When I moved my money over I had no access to it for 2 weeks and was not able to pay my mortgage. It ended up hurting my credit. Then I experienced an $80 fraud charge and instead of helping me I got an interrogation and them telling me that I gave my card to the fraudsters and therefore they weren't going to help me get my money back. They even went as far to tell me they were going to review the phone call with me and an agent to see if I stated I gave my card information. The question should have never been asked. There are numerous types of scams out there and many people don't know often if they are dealing with a real institution or someone pretending. Regardless, most large banks like Bank of America or Wells Fargo would have already got my money back. These guys were not willing and therefore do not deserve my account.

As a young, first-time car buyer, I really appreciated her honesty and guidance throughout the process. At the time, I didn't realize how good of a recommendation that was, but looking back, it honestly helped me out in the long run. Erika was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely looked out for my best interest rather than just trying to finalize the loan. She helped make the entire process much easier and gave me advice that I truly appreciated. I'm very grateful for her help and would definitely recommend Erika to anyone looking for someone they can trust with their auto loan! I also want to give a big shoutout to Juan Hernández at Orange County's Credit Union in Anaheim. Juan recently helped me lower my APR from 8.9% to 5.4%, which made a huge difference for me financially. He took the time to help me understand my options and made the process go smoothly. When I pulled up to the plaza, the bank was easy to spot with big signage at street level. I walked in and was immediately greeted by two friendly staff, Anna and Isabella. Before walking into the branch I was upset because the banker, who opened my account at another location, had not returned replied to my voicemail or emails from last week. As soon as I was assisted by Anna, I got the sense of urgency and concern to help. Anna asked me what issue I was having took down my information. Telephone banking had a long hold, so Anna told me she would call me later to not have me waiting too long. I thought, "oh great, she'll never call me back." I was AMAZED at how quickly (within the hour) Anna called me with great news and a solution to my issue. I wish I had visited this branch from day one to build better relationship. Anna took my issue and handled it from start to finish without making me feel neglected. Thank you Anna! Also, thank you to Isabella for helping me at the teller window with other requests. She's a sweetheart! Both Anna and Isabella are a gem to have working at BMO! I was feeling so frustrated with another branch, but they gave me a phenomenal experience. That's how all branches should be. I'm happy this branch is close to my office.
