    Mike and his crew are the best! My next door neighbors loved the way they installed my cameras that they are lined up on Mikes schedule to get them next. The way the cameras are installed are so clean and compliments my house. Looks like my house was prewired or something, but it wasn't. I wanted a great camera that also has great night vision and Mike recommended these and they work perfectly! I have 4k cameras and I just changed my monitor from a 1080p to wide angle 4K and I can see even more clearer. Mike was showing me how my system works and how to play back and stuff and I was all amazed at how clear everything was on my 1080p monitor. But he's like, if I get a 4k monitor to play my 4k cameras, it'll be way more clear. Hahahah.. I'm like really??? He said playing a 4k camera on a 1080p monitor is like viewing in 1080p. I don't know anything like this . When I booked him about 3 weeks ago, he was able to start like 2 days later and would of completed the job in a day, but the cameras I wanted didn't come in on time, so they came back the next day to install the cameras. They did all the wiring the first day. They wore booties every time they entered my house and then took them off every time they exit my house. They also cleaned up after them so they didn't leave me any mess. One last thing, I did get a quote from another company first, but they couldn't start right away and also, they charge $1500 more and wanted cash or check only. Mike let me pay however I want because he wants the clients to feel comfortable in however they wish to pay. Didn't ask for cash or check specifically. I'm so glad that I didn't go with the other company and continued searching through yelp and found Suntech!!! They are not just more experienced.. like doing jobs for big companies, they also are lower priced and have the ppl to start the job ASAP. The other place I called don't even have as much workers and so that's why they're all behind, and also, they'll need more time to complete the job. I super highly recommend Suntech!!!

Since they seem to handle a lot of corporate-scale installations, I initially wondered if my project might be too small--but that concern disappeared pretty quickly. The team was already very familiar with Ubiquiti systems and was incredibly patient working with me despite my fairly basic understanding. They walked me through the tradeoffs and ultimately recommended stepping up from mid-range equipment to more professional-grade options. The reasoning was clear, the cost/benefit made sense, and at no point did I feel pressured--just well-advised. The actual Ethernet installation work was top-notch--smurf tubing, recessed (not sticking out!) enclosures, and everything. The level of craftsmanship and attention to detail is honestly beyond what I would normally expect (or even feel comfortable demanding from contractors). They went above and beyond without being asked, and the cable organization is immaculate. Huge thanks to Justin and John for their precision and quality of work, and to Jim and Rodrigo for their thoughtful recommendations on equipment and access point placement. If you're looking for a team that combines technical expertise with professionalism and genuine care, I'd absolutely recommend them.

The tech was able to resolve my persistent issues with my modem, resulting in a satisfactory signal for the last half year. The modem has been replaced, and all aspects of my network are now functional. This is the first time I've had a satisfactory signal in half a year. Everyone in my household is delighted. The internet network has finally been fixed. The proprietor and the technicians were quick to resolve any issues. I have been assured by their work and quality. I can confidently state that this company is a reputable one that will not solicit you for a fee. I will highly recommend this company for future issues and work. We came to the Union City store, where Felix Aguilar was there.. He took the patients to listen and the time to fix the phone.. this man should be a manager, his professionalism, and how polite and comfortable he made us feel through this frustrating process that we had already been through. Felix Aguilar retail sales. Everyone should request him.. He's the best of the best of Xfinity.. what a great representative for this company.     Visited the Xfinity store in Union City to pick up a self-install modem. This appears to be a…read moreflagship location in the only major shopping center in the area, so a busy Saturday night is not surprising. What was surprising was that only three associates were working while the store was packed. I was told that even simple self-install modem pickups go through the same queue as full-service transactions. That meant a long, awkward wait just to grab a pre-ordered box. To be clear, the employees were apologetic and professional. They were doing the best they could with what they had. This is not a frontline issue. However, from someone with 15 years of retail telecom experience (including time with AT&T), this is a staffing and workflow failure. Peak retail nights in high-traffic flagship locations require proper coverage and throughput planning. An express pickup system or adequate staffing would dramatically improve customer experience. I genuinely hope the regional director reviews store performance and addresses this. On a major shopping night, this level of understaffing is unacceptable.

    I don't even know where to start, but I truly feel like I need to share this experience…read more I lost the power adapter for my work internet router and, in a moment of confusion, I ended up using it at home for my phone. When I got home with my kids, we suddenly had no internet. I was overwhelmed because where I live, cell service is poor, and so much of our daily life depends on having a connection--especially for school and work. I called T-Mobile and spoke with someone who kindly directed me to a store on Whipple in Hayward. When I arrived, I was honestly stressed and unsure what I was even going to do. Robert helped me, and although I didn't catch the manager's name or everyone who assisted me, I've genuinely never been treated so kindly by complete strangers. They went out of their way to help me, and I was incredibly lucky that they actually had a spare adapter available. I understand they don't usually do this, which makes it even more meaningful. They provided it to me at no cost, and I still don't know exactly how they made it happen, but it meant everything to me and my kids. It could have been a very long, stressful night or even days without internet, but they changed that completely. I left emotional and incredibly grateful. It reminded me that there are still genuinely kind people out there who go out of their way to help others without expecting anything in return. Thank you to Robert and the team at T-Mobile on Whipple in Hayward. I won't forget it.

I only found out months later when I had a detailed look of my bill. I will never do business with T-Mobile again!
