The cost of those items was $3000. They said I didn't have the right "insurance". Why did I need additional insurance to make sure they did the basic job of moving my stuff and not stealing my couch????? They reimbursed me $1500. half of what they owed me. After I paid them more than $20k to move my stuff. BEYOND disappointing. After my review, they reached out and fully reimbursed me for the replacement cost.
