Our three year old can now jump in on his own, swim to the middle of the pool, and even dive down to get a toy before going back to the edge of the pool. Not only is he confident in the water and having more fun than ever before, we have so much more peace of mind around water in the summer. Our six year old was more nervous about starting lessons and had lessons in the past that made him more nervous around water and even asked not to do more swim lessons. Morgan was phenomenal with him and he was having so much fun right away. His fear of floating disappeared in days, and by the end of his sessions he was swimming confidently and diving. He no longer feels nervous or asks for floaties when we're swimming together as a family - he's a true swimmer now! We would highly recommend Morgan and Sunsational to anyone looking to build real swimming skills. We have a young infant and will absolutely return to Sunsational when she is old enough for lessons, and probably even do refresher lessons at the beginning of next summer. We so appreciate all the kids have learned with your help.

In a very short amount of time, my child has learned so much more than I ever thought she would be able to at this age. I was impressed when, on the very first lesson, she began teaching my three year old how to hold her breath and put her face in the water, without force, but with gentle, patient and fun methods. I value Nancy's expertise in Red Cross certified safety and instruction, and trust her completely to teach my child the correct way to swim. Furthermore, my child absolutely loves her lessons with Nancy and looks forward to her swim lesson each week! Thanks to Miss Mermaid's expertise and instruction she is already floating on her own, holding her breath under water, learning the beginnings of different swim strokes, swimming under water to retrieve toys, among other things. I can't recommend Miss Mermaid's highly enough!

Facility is very clean and obviously kid friendly. The reception area is nice with some other fun activities for kids to get into while their sibling or other family member is taking a swim class. 2. Instructors are pretty decent. The instructors we've had so far for my 7 month old's class have been quite impressive and really know how to handle babies and how to make the class fun but also progress in their pool safety training. My son really enjoys his class with his Coach Ethan. That kid definitely knows how to make a class fun and inviting for toddlers. 3. Classes are very intimate as they don't go over 3 kids per class. My son has had mostly private classes lately as other kids have not really joined his time slot, which is wonderful in my opinion so he gets that 1x1 coaching. 4. The ease of scheduling via their app and their text messaging system. Very responsive!

We have had such a great experience with Big Blue Swim School! We've been going since April, and I…read morecan't believe how much Hailey has learned in such a short amount of time. She can now swim in the deep end, swim all the way to the bottom to retrieve sinking toys, swim back up to the surface, and make her way over to the ledge. She's still learning, of course, but she has a really good foundation of swimming skills now, and I feel SO much more confident in her being around the water. What I really love is that Hailey actually looks forward to her swim classes. The class sizes are small, and the instructors do a great job of communicating with me about her progress--what she's accomplished, what skills she's working on, and what she still needs to learn. I never feel like I'm left wondering how she's doing. And honestly, the entire staff is just so friendly. Every time we walk in, someone is saying hi and smiling, and there's always such a positive atmosphere. Even the manager is out in the lobby playing games with the kids while they wait. He definitely doesn't have to do that, but he does it anyway because he's just a cool dude. Little things like that really stand out to me and make Big Blue feel like a place where the staff genuinely enjoys being around the kids. We've had nothing but good experiences here. Between the small classes, great communication, friendly staff, and how much Hailey has grown as a swimmer, I really can't recommend Big Blue enough. It's truly an exceptional swim school, and I'm so glad we chose them! ‍

It was solid, personable, and coaches actually enjoyed and cared for the kids growth. Fast forward to now, our oldest (8), middle child (4), and our youngest (2) have been loyal to this company for a long time. The facility was OK, we stayed because of the young coaches that taught our kids, also we don't like change in general . Since it was bought out from SafeSplash, we saw a decline in students, the vibes are off from the coaches, the parents/kids. The management cares more about the tasks not actually care of each kid. The new swim curriculum is weird and I don't see any improvement from my 2 and 4 year old boys compared to my 8 year old when he started with aqua Safe's curriculum. Finally, I don't recommend it this place anymore. It used to be awesome for the kids but now they're more focus on making money vs kids growth in swim. We're currently at Swimhaus Swim School and it's been amazing. Family local owned, which is huge plus for us!!

Can I give 0 stars?…read more Let me start by saying it's $350/6 lessons. Seems a little high but went with them because it would ensure my child would be a safe swimmer with taking lessons. DO NOT buy a package and have anything in life come up on the day/time you have a lesson. Even if you know a week in advance. We had two Monday lessons at 11 which I expressed something came up and they needed to be changed to later in the day. This was on the Sunday before one lesson. I was told that per their policies (which literally are no where) they will only change one. I wrote back about life circumstances happening and they said "Thanks for the information." The lack of understanding from a company that likely deals with a lot of kids is mind blowing. There are plenty of better options out there and I wish I would have gone with another. DO NOT RECOMMEND
