I was heavily into Crossfit for 7 years and my body started to hurt more than it felt good so I gave it up last year. It left me in a rut and not knowing what my body was capable of anymore. I called Jerrod after reading several different personal training websites of people in the area. I chose to call him based on his education, but once I talked to him I was happy to find a caring and motivated individual. I asked him to "give me a kick in the ass" and that is exactly what he has done! Be careful of the parking lot and follow the signs as the traffic flow route & parking is odd & takes you towards the front and then around. With people trying to get in or out, it's a little bit confusing when I come through. Class schedule activities are always good as people try to stay as active as possible. If you live out in the Foothhills and are looking for a gym facility like with quality equipment, this one is definitely a recommendation as it supports the valley youth with positive programs.

Unify's Sauna/Cold Plunge…read more I love going to the sauna and sweating it out for 30-40 minutes. However, when Shauna invited me to try the cold plunge after sauna, I was reluctant and apprehensive. Just the thought of plunging into cold water was not something I wanted to experience. I started doing some research on the benefits of sauna paired with a cold plunge and found it would assist me in recovering from my workouts at Unify, increase endorphins, and alleviate joint stiffness. So I said why not! During my first session, Shauna recommended 15 minutes at the sauna and 2 minutes on the cold plunge, then repeat this one more time. The first plunge was as I expected, cold!!!!! and my breathing started to go out of control and thanks to Shauna, she helped me normalize my breathing and I was able to concentrate for the remainder of the 2 minutes and complete the plunge. After a cold plunge, I immediately felt this burst of energy that allowed me to add a few more miles of walking in my daily routine. I am making this an integral part of my routine and have signed up to do this once or twice a week. I highly recommend all to give it a try!

They make it extremely difficult to cancel memberships, they hardly ever have anyone working at the gym, so any questions are not answered. When trying to discuss options on cancellation or turning off auto renewal they claim to not be able to help. They become defensive and abrasive, my wife and I have been trying to contact their billing department for months on end. No responses. Literally feels like an absolute scam. Do not go to this gym! It's expensive, zero customer service and honestly not enough equipment. They don't deserve your hard earned money. Take the cheaper option of EŌS if you need 24/7 gyms. Take Mountainside if you're looking for better quality, and good customer service. Absolutely ridiculous and frustrating to have to give so much money to this horrible company.
