A very very bad service, they charged me a total of three times. Guys, you think when you go to laundry store you will wash the same clothes for three times? That's a real crazy, they changed me three times on the two washing machine but I only washed two times on the two washing machine, I thought the same machine it can work for 2 times and I paid for two times on the same machine but only worked one time, and then I had to move to the next washing machine I paid again. *** LOSS ALERT *** Six machines today were displaying a "spin" light when empty. If you use one of those machines, your cycle will start from Spin and your laundry will not be washed, just spun. If it was one machine, it could be a glitch, but today SIX machines were in that state, so it is not accidental. Your money will be lost. BEWARE. If you find one of those, simply lock the door and start the cycle, no need to insert money. The machine will finish the Spin portion and be ready for use. You can check your security cameras, same day as my review, maybe 4pm, big guy with a Giants hat going around six machines and properly ending their cycles. My friend has a video too. read more

So. Here we are, on vacation, doing our laundry in a laundromat. Neither of us can remember the last time we used one. We are surprised- times have changed! You now download an app, and use the app to load money via credit card into our personal account. The app then starts the numbered machine our clothes are in. Same for the dryer. The facility is quite clean and bright. There are carts with wheels and hanging bars. People seem polite and not at all creepy, so far. On the downside: there are no bathrooms I can see. Great place to do laundry in the area. Good variety of machine sizes, and drier sizes. I've never had a bad experience with the app in a whole year of weekly usage. Kurt the business manager is there once a weekend and is a really nice guy. Place is kept clean and the machines are stainless steel and very effective. Good number of carts as well. The vending machine with $1 sodas are godsend. Signage is good and I appreciate the wad of sticky notes available to inform the next person if a machine isn't working. At the end of the day it's a laundromat, but for the price and quality it can't be beat. Counting my lucky stars I don't have to deal with any more damn speed queens. read more

The worst laundromat in the city' They installed new payment systems that charge 3,5 for a regular wash and the machine takes 20$ per wash which is ridiculous even if it is preauthorised. I tried to find a person nearby to help, but nothing is there. So me and other people had to wait for 2 hours for someone to show up. I called the number provided, and guess what. The man picked up the phone with no manners and class. He was very rude and didn't even give me the chance to speak. He was talking fast and yes English is not my first language which I said to him but yet he proceeded to speak in a racist tone! That's not a customer service that no class! All their reminders and information is written by hand in with small letters that you can't even see! Is that professional? They only care about money and not people but yet they don't know that their business is operated thanks to the people that use this laundromat. Spend your money somewhere else!!!! read more

There are better options. Not a place you want to spend your hour at. The first issue is using an app. Doesn't always reflect on balance. Second some of the machines seem a bit run down. Are the owners cheap? The cost benefit of this location compared to others nearby isn't worth it. They tout their fast machines but from trial tests compared to "fast" machines elsewhere you get a lot better wash to cost per load ratio. If you are a heavy user this is not the place I would make use of your money. The past reviews also reflect that this location has taken people's quarters and not wash. Since there is no regular attendant there you end up being similar to Sherlock Holmes in finding a solution. read more

Whatever you do, do not use the app to pay for the washing machines. The washing machine stole $5 in quarters from me, so I resulted to using the app because I was tired and wanted to just get my laundry over with. Within 5 minutes of purchasing the washer load, my phone was blowing up with my identity and card number having been stolen as someone out in Texas was on a shopping spree for xbox and other technology. The change machine also rarely works, and does not work for $20 as it says. Locational proximity to my house is the only reason I will be returning, but never use the app. read more

The laundromat is usually clean someone cleans it nightly at closing unfortunately the person who cleans it nightly at closing is rude. One night unfortunately they were not there to clean and close the door closes automatically locking anybody in the laundromat inside. Being trapped for almost an hour this resulted in a call to the fire department so I could get out. Having called and left several messages at the phone numbers provided on location and never heard back from anyone I considered this place unacceptable. So if you can go and get your laundry done there during the day it's clean great the prices are a little bit more than some of the competition in the area but it is clean. Unfortunately if you need to go in the evening it closes at 11:00 p.m. by a magnetic lock so be cautious and aware of the time as the door will swing shut and you will be locked in or could be locked out loading your car. First experience at a laundromat in a long time so I may be a little unqualified to review, however I was completely satisfied with my experience here and left a happy customer. This laundromat is clean, has tons of machines and *almost* all the machines work, which is apparently a rare thing in the city. Also there are various sized machines (big enough for comforters) and the pricing is based on the load capacity of the machine (expect to pay anywhere between $6-$10 for one wash). One thing I REALLY appreciate is that you can pay using credit cards through a phone app/website --seriously, this is a game changer. Choose from a number of different sizes washers depending on load size. Load an app with $$ and pay for your wash from the app. Also the app keeps track of how much time is left on each of your washers and dryers in case you want to run and errand or take a walk in the park, which is only a couple blocks away. I live a mile away from this laundromat but came here instead of the one down my street because that one (clean Xpress was terrible). Compared to Xpress, this one is bright with large windows, spacious, has new machines and most importantly has the app to pay mobile!!! More laundromats need to keep up with technology; nobody has cash anymore - let alone a bag of change. The area is also good. read more

I usually come to this spot regularly. Get your occasional drifters but that's okay..tonight I had a very unsettling experience with one of the clerks. Apparently when I had my washer going he grabbed some trash from the trash can and started to clean out the top of where you put the detergent in with water while my clothes were sitting there finished with the cycle. He mentioned it after I came back to retrieve my clothes and put it in the dryer. I was dumbfounded what I heard so I had him pay for another cycle but I felt uncomfortable with the water that he used from the trash that he pulled out. at this point he was getting upset said and I quote "go ahead and sue me" then continued call me an a****** usually there's a younger guy that works and cleans up at the night shift but this is some old bigger set. Gentlemen with them baseball cap backwards cleaning the whole place with vinegar I almost threw up when I walked in I'm not too sure why he was cleaning it with vinegar. Can't believe my first yelp review goes to this laundromat! I've been using their service for 10 years and this place never fail me. First of all it's super clean, airy, and spacious with lot of lights. The washers and dryers work great! There might be some of the machine that are out of order but it got fixed the next time I do laundry. There're post-it and pen to report them which machines are not working. The new dryers are the best part! It shorten my time there. My clothes dry so quickly! Recently, I accidentally left my full load of laundry there and Kurt (I'm not sure if he is an owner or the manager) keep them for me. Once I realized I contact them right away and they respond quickly. I really appreciate how their service can go beyond expectation! This Laundromat is such a gem in the neighborhood.
