I went here with my friend last week to get a light evening bite. I had a rice ball and a potato croquette. My friend had the blueberry bagel with jelly and cream cheese. The staff was nice and the ambiance was chill & laid back. I usually go to the one on Flatbush because it's closer to me, but I'll definitely go to this location more often whenever I'm in the area.

Not sure why this place doesn't have better reviews- the food here is good, even at 3am. They have homemade soups all night, fresh squeezed OJ that's available as a grab and go, fresh bagels, and salad bar ALL night. Luis was super nice, shout outs to him, somebody fix the tip option here for the staff so I can leave a fat tip next time! It's also super cozy in here with with a lot of seating. Thumbs up!

Good bagel and friendly service, a bit expensive but they're open 24hours and its very clean. They have flagel, and chicken noodle soup. As well as juices and i usually call ahead to pick up at the counter. Bright inside.

Food: Their bagels are fresh and soft! I ordered a cinnamon raisin bagel with scallion cream cheese. They make the cream cheese fresh by mixing scallions in before spreading it onto the bagel. Overall, an excellent bagel. Their made-to-order salads are also fresh and delicious. They have a variety of menu items including cold and hot sandwiches, paninis, a full salad bar, hot entrees, smoothies, juices, shakes, bottled drinks, and desserts. Service: Service is quite slow at this place especially during the lunch hour. I've waited half an hour for a salad. They receive many online and takeout orders. I wouldn't recommend coming here if you don't have time to wait during lunch. They don't seem to pay attention to who is waiting for their orders and prepare other orders that have been called in or ordered online before preparing orders for those waiting in the store. Ambiance: There are a few tables and chairs to eat your food but not many. Overall, I would recommend this place but not if you need something quick.

"Down at the Sunset Grill".. Don Henley's tune popped in my head as I walked in to the Grill. I have to say I stopped here by chance because the R train wasn't running from my station thus took an Uber for 1/2 of my destination. I decided to stop in and just get a coffee but decided to cheat and get a whole wheat bagel with veggie cream cheese and a bottle of Ruby Red Grapefruit juice. I did wait around ten minutes and yes, there were no other patrons there. ( it was @8:15 am, Brooklynites to sleep in on Sundays). The service was a tad slow and yes the bill was $7 ( flavored cream cheese runs $5.50)but the Bay Ridge bagel store near my house charges the same. They offer flagels(?), bialys, sandwiches, breakfast and so much more. I took the bagel to go and dine at NY's finest: N train express. Yes, I munched and got cream cheese everywhere but I did ask for extra napkins. The bagel was fresh and the veggie cream cheese was good BUT not as good as Bay Ridge. I like veggie cream cheese to have olives, scallions and carrots. Sunset's cream cheese contained carrots and I think bell peppers. I was too hungry to really notice. I think the food and the vibe are fine here and the establishment is clean. Will I come again? Yeah, the next time the R train runs a shuttle bus service on the weekend.

Order a ham sandwich got this two slices of ham for $13.00. 7eleven had better fast sandwich for $6

For a ham sandwich got 2 slices of ham for $13 . For that I go to a bodega or 7elevan sandwich. NOT WORTH IT

Stumbled upon this place totally by chance as I walked out of the subway and decided, well, I guess I'm having a bagel. It was pretty empty, but the guy at the cash register was pretty attentive and gave me a run-down on all the choices. They even have some sort of crazy rainbow-birthday-cake-flavored looking one that I was not bold enough to try because I like what I like. Settled on a toasted egg bagel with extra butter which did not disappoint in any way. Ended up stopping back in again for a piece of chocolate mousse I couldn't stop thinking about since I'd left. This time there were 2 employees, and one on the phone. For some reason the one NOT on the phone couldn't confirm my cake selection and pointed to phone-guy to do it (bruh you should be able to confirm whether its cheesecake or not), who juggled processing my order without hanging up. But still, the cake was good and decor was my style and I'd swing by again if I'm in the neighborhood.

Walked in to this place for a quick bagel breakfast the other day. Sunset Bagels are so good so I was very excited to see a second location close to my house. I had the everything bagel w scallion cream cheese and lox. For $11 it was a very good deal although I do wish they added an extra slice of lox. My friend got the everything bagel with strawberry cream cheese and loved it. Coffee was average. I do agree w other reviews if they dished out better quality coffee this place would have 5 stars. Although for its location right around the subway and it being open 24 hours it's pretty good. Definitely recommended for a quick bite.

I go there quite frequently. The waitstaff is great. Jocelyn is often on when I go. Couldn't be nicer. The food is very good. From spaghetti to bagels. Haven't had anything I wish was better. Check out the deserts in the cooler.

When she sat us in the dinning room, she let us know there were 2 servers for the night with a 1 bus boy. She mentioned them by name and I loved that. We were attended to by Keith. He was such a gem. He recommended so really great choices for us. This is what we had. For drinks, my husband and my son had the Red Hook which they loved. I don't drink so I had the Captain Jack Mocktail. Appetizers- Seafood Tower and Rhode Island Calamari. OMG the calamari is a must try. It has a little kick but you will thank me later. I little heat never hurt nobody. Dinner- we all shared the Gala Apple Salad, Porter House, Linguini and Clams, Lundy's Potatoes, and Mac and Cheese. Dessert- The Butterscotch Sundae my daughter hogged, and the Lundy's Huckleberry Pie. Now let me tell you. I do not eat huckleberry pie, but that one, I could not believe how tasty. The crust was hard and sweet and the filling had the right flavor. Not too sweet or tart. All throughout dinner my husband and my son kept saying how great the food was. It was truly amazing and the service was great, with only 3 working and staying attentive to several tables. I would definitely come back. Maybe for a girls night next time.

The space is so amazing it feels like someone crossed a historic landmark with a movie set and said, "Yeah, make it bigger." The bar? HUGE. A beautiful behemoth. Live music had the whole place vibing like it was Brooklyn's own little Mardi Gras. Menu? Straight-up banger after banger. I kept reading items like I was scanning a treasure map. Drinks? Too good. Dangerous-good. "I should slow down but I won't" good. Now the oysters... Listen. Freshest in the five boroughs. FRESHEST. Like they practically filled out a change-of-address form from the ocean to your plate. But the true heavyweight champion of this place? Chef Steve Mannino. A culinary force. A flavor wizard. A gastronomic gladiator. The man cooks like he's trying to win a title belt every night. Service was on point, hospitality turned up to 11, and the whole vibe made us feel like VIPs with zero business being VIPs. If you want a meal that slaps, sings, sparkles, and maybe even changes your mood for the week, Lundy Brothers is the move. Over-the-top amazing. Already planning my return like it's a holiday.

Had one that tasted like somethin my grandmother would respect, right before tellin me to slow down. Wedge salad was good. Cold, simple, did its job. Prawns fine. Pasta was solid. Burger is good. That's it. Not worth all the talk. I've had about the same standin over a grill in July, arguin with a man about his fence. Fries come lookin like saucers for no reason, but they were the best thing there. Loraine wouldn't get the French onion soup cause she "saw a picture." That's how decisions get made now. This spot has a handful of tables and while we were there, quite a few to-go orders were picked up as well. Though we were the only diners, so I assume it's more of a breakfast/brunch spot. The menu is rather expansive with options from breakfast to lunch and dinner. After studying the menu, we opted for the Veggie Burger and the Meatball Parm Po'Boy. Our food was ready in about 20 minutes, which seemed a little long as we were the only diners, but we were not in a rush so it was fine. As the restaurant was unassuming, I honestly had pretty low expectations, but we both really enjoyed our meals. It was definitely large portions and really flavorful. My fiance said the Meatball Parm Po'Boy was delicious and I appreciated that the veggie burger seemed to be made in house as it was falling apart (in a good way) and you could distinguish some of the veggies. I ended up only eating about half of my burger and took the rest for lunch the next day and it held up well.

While the Filet Mignon was a popular and well loved choice among our group, and the Meatballs were universally raved about for being truly excellent, the real showstopper for me was the Chicken Parmesan. I don't typically order steak, so I was delighted by this choice. The cutlet was impressively sized yet elegantly thin, showcasing the high quality of the chicken.
