    Connecticut lobster roll (cooked)

Nice spot in industry city. They have outdoor seating right out in the courtyard. The lobster roll was delish, pair that with the spicy watermelon rita and you are set! This place is kid friendly and they are opened till late (few options to dine in after the food hall is closed). Def check out this gem!

Decent first impression of Frying Pan Brooklyn. I ate a workday lunch on a Friday around 3pm. It was very quiet, so I was seated immediately. Service was friendly and prompt. Food came out very quickly. I ordered the Connecticut Lobster Roll. It was good! The tarragon and chive mayo was very tasty. The roll was a tad messy to eat, but what lobster roll isn't? Fries were crispy and satisfying. I would come back.

Walked into this joint with a large group and it was smooth sailing! Service was prompt. Drinks were on point! Everything was spectacular.

Cool place, indoor and outdoor seating. The service was excellent. The food is very good. The shrimp banh mi was bursting with flavor, I loved all the pickled vegetables. The short rib grilled cheese was more of a short rib sandwich than a grilled cheese but it was delicious. The apples were a nice touch and needed to break up the richness. The fries were well cooked.

The French dip and fries was so bland but the saving grace were the pickles and sliders

The French dip only had only bland meat in the front part, the beef stock taste like water, fries taste like nothing, pickles were nicely tangy and sliders had perfectly cooked oinions. Don't think I come back to this place though

Lovely chill Tuesday around 6pm. It is always feel the hidden gems of little things in Industry city. In the courtyard, some open outside sheets are available. This place is modern and friendly local vibes. Fried Calamari was so fresh! I ordered a Bloody Mary it was good. They are very kind :)

Kiss menu chicken tenders and fries-delicious and very good portion.

Came here after taking my son to Hapik. Place looked cute so we stopped by. My son had the chicken tenders and French fries from the kids menu, I had a French onion soup, coconut shrimp and a sangria with white wine. The chicken tenders and fries were absolutely delicious and my 5 year old ate all the tenders and most of the fries which for him was incredible! The French onion soup was very good, one of the best I've had. Unfortunately one star off for the coconut shrimp which just tasted like fried shrimp, they weren't great, and one star off for the sangria which just had some blueberries in it and an orange slice on top on a toothpick-tasted like regular white wine, no sangria taste in sight. Overall it was decent and fresh but not oh my god 5 star amazing.

It was an hour's drive from Queens to Sunset Park. Frying Pan Brooklyn is located inside Industry City. Luckily, my sister-in-law found a metered parking spot just a block from Japan Village. My family and I went to Frying Pan Brooklyn to celebrate my birthday. We grabbed an outdoor table. The ambiance was perfect for our lunch date. I told our server about my food allergies. I ordered our food at the bar and closed my tab. Food *sharing is caring* Baked Jerk Wings: We were dissatisfied with the baked jerk wings tasting foul. They gave me a refund. Salmon Filet Sandwich + kettle chips + mcclures spicy pickle: The salmon filet sandwich was yummy. Mac & Cheese: The mac & cheese was bland. Shrimp Banh Mi (no cilantro) + kettle chips + mcclures spicy pickle: The shrimp banh mi was flavorful. Tator Not-Chos (no chili guac): The potato tots were crunchy and tasty. Frying pan Brooklyn is a great spot in Industry City if you are looking for good bar food and fun. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. The bartender on Friday nights always plays 2000s emo/punk music and that is totally my jam. The food is delectable. Loaded tater tots with the pulled pork is a must. I also tried something from their Oktoberfest menu which was also good.

Every time I hit Industry City, Frying Pan is on the list. Always really good, fresh and the team is so nice. Got the veggie burger, which was fresh. My aunt switched up her meal and got the salmon (usually gets the Caesar salad with lobster, which she raves about), and she was happy about the switch. The loaded tots are my favorite. The Mac was pretty good, I prefer it to be a little more broiled, but we enjoyed it. Good vibes all around, will definitely be back again soon.

A little spot inside industry city. Industry City itself is a fun little spot to hang out and shop or drink beers with friends. Went during the day on a weekday and it was pretty quiet but imagine after work and on weekends it's packed. Either way the place was basically empty but the service was a little slow. But eventually got seated and ordered and the food was great. Got two different style lobster rolls and a cocktail and all of it was great! Would definitely come back for the rolls

We were greeted as soon as we walked through the door by a friendly bartender. The server was super enthusiastic, and the busser was also friendly. The food was amazing!! We wanted a small bite to eat. Just ordered the flatbread with mushrooms, burger sliders and the fish tacos. We received Guacamole and chips in the house. Every single dish was bursting with flavor!! DELISH!! Everything! The ambiance was fun and relaxed. We were very happy that we chose this place. We were gonna walk over to an overpriced BBQ place but changed our minds. Glad we did!

Did they get rid of the kids menu? We used to go here with the kids all the time but since they renovated the dining room it seems like the kids menu is gone.

Hi, yes, we still have our kids menu! We serve our house made mac & cheese as well as chicken nuggets and fries. Plus a lot of our regular menu items are very popular with kids, including cheeseburger sliders and our soft buttered pretzel.…

The only thing that was disappointing was the slow service. We had asked for the check, but it never came around after waiting 15 minutes. We had reservations to get to, so the delay was annoying. I ended up walking up to the bartender to close out the tab since we never got our check.

This time was no exception. We got there around 5:30pm and were seated around 7pm-- honestly not bad at all. I absolutely loved the old-school tavern feel and the vintage aesthetics of the place. The service was amazing, and we ended up sitting at the bar, which is personally my favorite spot bc you get that more one-on-one experience with the bartender/server. His recommendations did not disappoint. We almost ordered the mussels, but he pointed us in the right direction and convinced us to go with the prawns instead. So glad we listened. They were delicious -- perfectly grilled, coated in a garlicky sauce that was just begging to be soaked up -with the sourdough toast on the side. And of course... The Burger! Very classic: American cheese, white onion, simple and beautiful. But the quality and flavor were outstanding. Exactly the kind of burger where you realize you don't need anything fancy to make it great. The chips I was not a fan of, just a more personal taste. I prefer the traditional way. We also tried the cavatelli with oxtail ragú and breadcrumbs. Delicious, but not particularly memorable. I've definitely had better pastas in NYC. Our server strongly recommended the pork chops instead and swore by them... so that's definitely what im ordering next time. Overall, loved the vibe, loved the service, loved the burger and prawns. And yes, we'll be back -- specially for those pork chops.
