I've ordered from Sunrise Subs multiple times using multiple platforms: Yelp EAT24, their website, and the good old phone! Each time I've called they were very kind and friendly. I'm a teacher with a very tight lunch break 10:45-11:10, I typically call or log in around 9:30, place my order? specify delivery time and they always deliver on time! Hot and fresh! I have had a couple of issues with delivering too early, but they have always resolved it, and redelivered at specified time. Food is really good and portion sizes are very big. My absolute favorite item is the Chicken Bomb Wrap- it's full of tasty chicken, mushrooms and onions. Another favorite is the chicken burger which is a chicken breast topped with cheese and bacon and served with fries. Recently I ordered a house salad with grilled chicken and it was really good as well! A couple times the chicken was extremely salty, that's my only complaint, but it's been delicious and seasoned perfectly most of the time! I wouldn't hesitate ordering from here, it's great. Randomly stopped here today. Greeted by a super courteous and kind dude at the counter. Was actually impressed with his greeting and customer skills. Over an hour and half for delivery (lack of delivery).... For bacon and eggs. When we complained about the late delivery, grubhub called and was told it was on the way. After which, I called to confirm and was told they were just then bagging it up. So they lied. I was hung up on twice in the process of trying to cancel my order. Amazing service, extremely polite staff, and the food is amazing. I've tried most of their menu and I have not had a single item I didn't like. The food is always great. We normally go to pick it up and it's ready within the time frame we been told, customer service has been excellent to be honest and definitely a little gem hidden. Finally got to try Sunrise Subs & Grill after hearing such awesome things since the new owners took over!! I had a chicken, bacon, Swiss melt on rye with a side of crinkle cut fries. Tomatoes too, but since everything is made fresh, I cut them because I'm allergic. Can't wait to try the breakfast. It's located in an office complex. The tenants have a great place to run grab breakfast or lunch quickly or they have delivery and prepare meals for meetings, etc. Try it! You won't be disappointed!! I haven't written any reviews since being in Florida but wanted to be sure to add my voice on this restaurant. I've never had a restaurant mess up a breakfast order but this one did that is also when you consider that we had to wait and hour and forty minutes for our meal. So by now you've seen the bad reviews on this place if you haven't make sure you find them for there is a theme here but like I said 'Breakfast' who knew you could make it unpalatable right? Called initially and was put on hold that should have been my first indicator...then I saw on the menu order online and receive a 15% off which of course we didn't receive and is another story. I called after about an hour of waiting and spoke with Sophia and was told it was out the door now hot and ready to eat and forty-five minutes later the delivery guy was here...Finally! Four of us ordered and so we finally sat to eat at about 12:30 pm after placing the order at 10:45 am #no lie. First not enough cutlery which was no biggy cause we had in house...opened my container and looked at my order that should have been 2 sunny-side up eggs with two pancakes and 1 sausage and saw some eggs that had been cooked on the dirty side of the grill with lots of little black specks and folded over several times like they were making anything but sunny side eggs. There was no butter, syrup or salt & pepper in any of our containers and when I called to complain I was told that they would run out the missing items - they are approximately 2.2 miles away from our office how long do you think we would have to wait for those missing items if the food took that long to be delivered? They also said the would also give us a credit for $4.00 towards our next purchase. So guess what my response was...please keep the missing items and keep the $4.00 in-house credit because I wouldn't be purchasing anything from them again. So I didn't eat the eggs they were to scrappy looking but I ate the meat and the pancakes and nearly choked because the food was so dry. !!!!DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!!! I order wings for my agents every Friday and spend $130+ on wings weekly. But this time will be the last time I EVER order from them again. Placed my order at 12 received my cold wings at 3 in the afternoon. On top of them being cold and late they didnt get any of the wings correctly, contacted them and spoke to the manager (a guy dont know his name) to explain that none of the wings had lemon pepper like requested and I was willing to send them back so that he can see for him self. The main issue I have with this place is the delivery time. I ordered breakfast this morning at 8:22 and I didn't receive the order until almost an hour and a half after the order was placed. If you order a hot sub or sandwich for delivery, it usually will be soggy because of the time it takes for the food to be delivered. The delivery guy claims to have called several times but there were no missed calls on my phone. He later texted me to say he left my food with the front desk. The receptionist advised me that the delivery guy cane in and just dropped off the order and left. The food is nothing special either. I tried their burger and it was a bit salty. read more

I work a block away from this place and have been ordering from them for years. HOWEVER, in the last few months - a year, things seem to be going way down hill. Almost every single time I have ordered lately, SOMETHING has been wrong. Usually, missing cheese or a side item that I added. There seems to be a lot of miscommunication and they're not taking the time to fully READ tickets. I've tried online ordering, calling by phone, faxing - still get mistakes every time. Then I either have to wait for it to be redone and sent back (which isn't really ideal when you're at work and have limited time for breaks) OR receive yet another credit on my account. I do like their food and the staff are always friendly, BUT I'm not so sure that's enough to keep dealing with these hassles. Upon reading everyones reviews about the delivery times,I made it my business to go in and get it instead of waiting on delivery.Its very small but that was to be expected being that it is a takeout joint. I ordered a meal today thinking this was a good place to eat and when my order arrived it was not it said on the men. I called and spoke to a man who answered and I asked why does it cost $16 for chicken wings and fries. His reply was this is just for wings no fries & price has doubled because of inflation and the price will continue to go up. I tried to explain there was a mistake made and would like to change the order. He then got very rude and says he spoke to the owner and hung up in my face. I just received my breakfast that I ordered at 9:45am. It's now 11:54am. They told me it would be here between "10:45 to 11:00 at the latest" (their words). I called at 11:23am to ask about it and they said it was out for delivery. I asked if it would be cold and they said no. 11:54am and it's room temperature. Not acceptable, particularly for eggs and meat. I shouldn't have to wait until lunchtime to receive breakfast, and shouldn't have to microwave it to enjoy it. The place has a new owner that is really nice. He came by my business to give out free samples and coupons. I'm been ordering from his place for the last week Monday thru Friday. Anything for the breakfast menu is on par, hits the spot and keeps you full when you have a busy day ahead of you. They even can customize your order so you can have what your craving for. A lil heads up they can take a while for you to get your food delivered. My advice is order before you start dying from hungry and continue about your normal work routine and the time will pass quicker and next you know your food is here ready for you to eat. read more

Got there a little too early to pick up my order and noticed they place old espresso on a white bucket and heat it up in the microwave. Never again I ordered coffee or any of their food. Just happened to find the place searching online and gave it a shot. Ordered online, the confirmation I received said it would be ready (for takeout) in 45 minutes. Luckily I called them and found out it would be ready in 20. I definitely wouldn't have been happy if I waited to get there in 45 minutes to find it would have been sitting for almost 1/2 hour. On to the food itself. I ordered the steak & provolone sub and fries. The fries were great, nice and firm without being over cooked, but things go downhill from there. Instead of the steak & provolone sub I ordered, I received a steak, ONION & provolone sub. Any other steak & cheese I've had always had the cheese melted into the steak - this one was just a slice of cheese on the roll and the steak wasn't hot enough to even start to melt it. I live in the area, this is my third time ordering which I go by and pick up. First off, the tension in that place is very thick and seems like a miserable place to work, no one smiles or greets you when you walk in. The first time I was waited on my a young lady with short blonde hair and she got my order wrong and forgot my Mac salad. The second time I ordered they didn't put oil and vinagar one my sub so the third time I ordered i had them repeat my order. When I went in to pick up my order that I called in I it's the same uncomfortable feeling of no one getting along. They had a new girl there that I never seen before and she was the only one who smiled and acknowledged me. My order wasn't ready so the same girl who messed up my order said I don't know what dressing means so I'm just gonna leave it off, so I said no please don't, I want oil and vinegar. Had an experience yesterday (06/24/20) at Sunrise Subs & Grill and it wasn't great. First, the order was placed at 10:15 and it was over an hour late, second, I ordered an 4 over easy eggs for co-worker and I, they all came as sunny sides up, yoke running and dripping into a pancakes. Called to have it replaced, only to find out it was delivered to the wrong address after an entire hour. When it was finally replaced, only two eggs were remade and, by the time the replacement came, it about a quarter to 1:00. Left info to have some call about a refund or how to see fix these order issue, no one called back. They did offer a free drink, but that didn't make up for service. I'm diabetic and I was counting on this breakfast. I'm new in town and someone recommended Sunrise Subs to me, but this was experience. read more

I used to order with them for months, and for the past four months things seem to have quickly gone down hill. The delivery says "be there in 30-45 minutes", when in reality takes about an hour and a half. The girl that answer's the phone is RUDE as hell. I ordered eggs with cheese and they had the audacity to make some eggs and slap on an American cheese slice, when I called to complain they said they "always do that and if I wanted shredded cheese I should have stated that when I ordered over the phone."
