Her attitude was completely unprofessional and instead of my sister leaving confident and happy with her nail service, she came home disappointed and upset by how the owner belittled her during the nail service. If you don't want to work on nails, allow your staff to handle it but her attitude is completely uncalled for and is not worth the price of the service. This was my first time visiting and I am so upset with my experience. I was already skeptical about…read moregoing here because the nails of other reviewers don't look that great, but they're five minutes from where I live (my regular nail salon is about twenty minutes) and they have a lot of great reviews so I decided to give them a try. I went to this place for lashes, nails, a pedicure, and multiple facial wax services. For starters, everyone was very nice and there was no wait when I arrived. While I was able to get through the pedicure and wax services, both services were rushed with absolutely no attention to detail. I should mention that it was not busy at all when I arrived. The lashes were terrible. I've gotten my lashes done at many salons for many years so I'm confident when I say the lash tech at this salon has no idea what she's doing. She literally glued the lashes to my eyelid. They also have very limited lash options which I've never experienced at a nail salon. You can either get very thick and long or very wispy and short. And the lash tech doesn't explain that. When I saw that the lashes she put on were way too long and pressing against my eyelids, I asked her to take them off. The tech didn't seem to understand me or maybe she was afraid of how the manager would react to my request, so she got the person who I assume is the manager. I explained to the manager that I didn't like the lashes and wanted to take them off. The manager insisted that I pick one of the two lash options because, even if they removed them, I would still be charged full price for the lashes. I should've left at that point. Next were the nails. I explicitly asked for a square shape, but the nail tech (the same one who ruined my lashes) immediately pulled out almond shape. I told her I wanted square and she stated that she was going to cut the almond nails into a square. That didn't make any sense because the almond nails were already very short so she would've had to cut them down to the nail bed in order to make a square shape. I had to tell her to stop once I saw she didn't even know how to pick out the right nail sizes. To make a bad experience even worse, my total came out to almost $150, which based on the services I actually got, didn't match the prices listed on their website. I'm sure the manager will try to explain how they got that figure to make it look valid. I had to go to another salon in the area immediately after just to fix all of their mistakes and get my nails done the way I wanted. The nail tech at the other salon was shocked when I told her I just got a pedicure about an hour before. She said my pedicure looked three days old! And it took almost an hour to get most of the glue off of my eyelids. This salon does not listen to instructions, and the prices they charge in their salon are not the same as the prices listed on their website. Avoid this place or just be very aware if you take the risk to visit.

Prices aren't clearly displayed, which caused confusion from the start. My nail technician was Annie, and she rushed through my manicure. I asked for a white tip with a gel top coat. The staff at the front desk asked if I wanted hard gel, and I said yes because I'd never heard of it before and assumed they were recommending the right service. How was I supposed to know the difference? When I questioned the service, Annie told me I was wrong because I hadn't explained what I wanted correctly--even though she wasn't at the front desk during the conversation. She then told me I should have come to her directly. That's not something you say to a customer, especially when I didn't even know who my nail technician would be. I also didn't appreciate her attitude. Within a week, my thumbnail chipped and broke off, and black marks started appearing under some of the white tips. I returned to have the issues fixed and asked to speak with a manager, but it felt like talking to a wall. Annie repaired the two damaged nails but then told me that hard gel "wasn't for me." My response was that the problem wasn't the service--it was the application. Shortly afterward, more nails started popping off. I ended up going to another nail salon, where I paid $5 to have the one nail repaired, and I also had to buy press-on nails to match. I spent $65 at Venetian, plus more money afterward, for a total of about $80. What a waste of money. I will never return. This business needs better customer service and better training.

There were several friendly women at the desk and I asked about getting a gel manicure and a regular pedicure. I also wanted an extra coat for protection. They made a point to look at my nails first to check out what I had on. I was quoted $45 for the gel manicure, & $5 for the extra strengthening coat, plus $35 for a pedicure. I made an appointment and arrived on time a few hours later. They have numerous stations and the decor is very nice. All the technicians were wearing black. I was introduced to Jenny and told to choose a polish color. Jenny led me to her station so she could remove my previous gel polish. While the gel was soaking off, she moved me to a pedicure chair. There were big screen TVs around and she brought me a bottle of water. The water in the tub started out cold., but after it warmed up I received an amazing pedicure! The polish looked great and my feet and legs were rubbed with lotion and then wrapped in a warm towel . (The massage chair was nice too!) When I finished it was $80 as quoted and my fingers and toes look great! I think I may have found my new nail salon in Plantation!

I choose for dip nails, which cost $45. Unfortunately, by January 6th, the dip polish had already started falling off on two nails. Over the following days, more nails began to flake off until all of them were completely bare. For the remainder of my trip, my nails looked unkempt, with the leftover dip leaving my cuticles messy and unclean. I've had dip nails done at other salons before, and they've always lasted 2-3 weeks. This experience was extremely disappointing, and due to the poor quality of the service, I will not be returning to this salon.
