I called and I was able to add the additional bouquet. Customer service was just ok. Borderline rude, not particularly friendly. I was able to Zelle her for that extra bouquet so that was convenient and I appreciated that. I was told I would receive a picture of the bouquet prior to delivery or at time of delivery, I did not. No big deal, but just don't tell me you are if you aren't. I'm sure they were busy due to the holiday, but still. Lastly, I didn't expect the bouquet to look identical to what I chose online, but I felt it definitely wasn't as full, or have as many roses, as the picture. Looked like a lot more filler flowers were used. A little disappointing. (See attached pics). Overall, I might use them again but only if I couldn't find a better option in the area.

Ordering online was easy and the bouquet was very similar to what was described. Overall, I will definitely use Chitas Floral again.

This update is regarding the business owner's behavior following my original review…read more After sharing my honest experience as a customer, I began receiving messages on Yelp from individuals connected to or defending this business. I was also informed that a TikTok video was made discussing me personally (see screenshots). In that video, the business owner refers to me as "chewing like a f****** cow" and calls me an "entitled brat." My original review did not include any personal insults, it only described my experience as a paying customer. I also want to clarify the payment arrangement. I was given two options directly by the business owner: 1. Pay through the invoice link sent to me, or 2. Pay $100 cash at pickup. The person who accompanied me at the time can also confirm this. I did not request a discount or avoid payment. If that were the case, I would have accepted the refund that was offered. I did not. My concern was communication and consistency with what was initially discussed. The TikTok video claims I "decided" to pay at pickup. However, the email shows that this arrangement was acknowledged by the business owner herself. Customers are allowed to leave honest reviews about their experiences without being insulted or discussed publicly on social media afterward. Screenshots are attached for context. I will not be engaging further on this matter.

She mentioned that she was going to upgrade my flowers because she had a certain vision that she was going for. I later realized that she upgraded free of charge. I really appreciated the fact that she stuck with the price she gave me at the beginning without compromising the quality of her work. There were also cute Sanrio character stickers that Lynda let me choose from to decorate my bouquet with and my inner child was ecstatic! My mom loved her bouquet and it really made her birthday special . Thank you, Lynda!

Do Not Use This Florist - Completely Unreliable…read more I ordered flowers for a newborn baby, and the florist promised same-day delivery. That never happened. I paid in full, but the flowers were never delivered--and worse, the business was completely unreachable. The phone number was disconnected, and I messaged them multiple ways. One of my messages was even read and ignored. No response. No update. No refund. This was meant to mark a really special moment for our family, and they failed on every front. Unprofessional, untrustworthy, and completely disappointing. I'd strongly suggest taking your business elsewhere.

The package included everything we needed, even a wedding aisle runner, which was a great help since our venue was not a traditional wedding location and lacked such details. I wanted a blue and white themed wedding, and they were very generous with the amount of flowers they used. The high-quality vases they provided added a beautiful touch to the venue.
