My friend and i decided to send flowers to another friend to make them feel special and loved.. We carefully selected a flower shop that had beautifully designed arrangements and quickly fell in love with a cute little bouquet that our friend would absolutely love. Both of his favorite flowers. Unfortunately the arrangement he got looked nothing like the one we paid $50 total to send. It looked as if it were quickly thrown together with cheaply added carnations and random leaves and fillers that did not match the original bouquet. When we called to complain, the man who picked up the phone quickly told us there was nothing he would do for us because they don't offer refunds and would not be willing to send another arrangement, but offered to go take back the original which seams ridiculous because it would be embarrassing to both us and our friend and take the "specialness" out of the gesture... which doesn't correct the issue at all. He said he did his best and argued with us about it rather than keep a customer happy and attempt to resolve the issue. His apology was sarcastic and very demeaning after he spent that majority of the call defending himself. The only reason I'm giving them 2 stars rather than one is because the flowers were nicely kept and fresh. If ordering flowers from here I suggest pick up and NOT DELIVERY so that you can guarantee you're getting what you paid for. read more

The arrangement received was not what appears to be advertised online. Note: I did place a call with them day of delivery to see if I could get an ETA or last mrerouting of the delivery since the original recipient was unable to receive them, and they did accommodate an earlier delivery time which was greatly appreciated. I was accustomed to grocery store flowers where they are pre-made and priced but there were no pre-arranged bouquets. Melanie informed me of the pricing and options and I picked the bouquet-in-a-vase. I watched her hand select each flower and asked questions like, 'Do you want it to be fragrant or no?' and I said 'a little' so she picked the prettiest Tiger Lily and added it. I could not be more disappointed. After looking at many flower delivery services and many florist reviews on yelp, I decided on this place. I wanted something very special for my sister's 40th birthday. I talked to my husband and he suggested going directly thru a florist that was local to my sister instead of using 3rd party service. He said that florist prefer you using them directly as they get the full amount paid and have to split their money with the 3rd party. He said I'd likely get a better bouquet for the price. I called this place and asked for a $60 bouquet. I asked for something classy, elegant with tones of purple, lavender and pink/white. The man on the phone didn't seem too interested on specifics but was very specific about me using a visa to pay instead of an American Express as they have a lower fee. Ridiculous as they clearly take American Express. I went ahead an and placed my order. Today, I got a picture of the flowers that were delivered. A cheap looking bouquet made up of alstroemeria, stock, wax flowers, and fern leaves. ALL filler flowers. There was one rose and 1 tulip. I know my flowers well and this is something you'd easily pay $8.99 at Ralph's for. I feel completely ripped off. This looks like a Conroy's reject bouquet made in the 90's. No way does it look like a nice bouquet from a decent flower shop. I had higher expectations based on the reviews. Take your money elsewhere. Better yet, stick to 3rd party sites like Teleflora, etc., at least they'll hold the place you order from accountable should you get ripped off. read more
