He had ordered me peonies for Valentine's and made sure to repeat over and over that he wanted close peonies, and they assured him that they would. Anyways, the day came, and the flowers were open and falling apart. I had to go return them and ask for replacement. They did it, but the florist had to make a smart comment about why I would want such expensive flowers. I went into Ana's and was greeted right away with an amazing lady name Becky. she showed me many options they had a sale for a small cross for 99$ but I decided to go with the bigger option for $260 including tax. I needed a sympathy plant for a dear friend and I was in a rush, Becky helped me and I was in and out within about 15-20 min. She asked when I needed it delivered and I stated either today or tomorrow would be fine, and when we finished the receipt, she said that it can be delivered today which was awesome. Becky was very empathetic with my situation, which made me feel like we were just two friends chatting about an unfortunate event, rather than a customer and a vendor.
