The staff were incredibly kind and went above and beyond--totally exceeding my expectations. Patty did a beautiful job!! Her and her team of staff were an absolute delight! More people this time but I was still able to get what I initially went for last night. The teddy bear I had my eyes on was $170 but I got it for $150. And the bouquet of flowers I thought were $30 were actually $40 at the register. Paid with my card and still ended up spending $209. So essentially the $20 off I received were the taxes I paid when using my card. If I had paid with cash I would've probably received the deal I was initially attempting to get lol.

However, once we got back and started working on arrangements, I was honestly disappointed. About a quarter of the white hydrangeas had noticeable browning and signs of rot. I had no choice but to cut around the damaged areas, which significantly reduced what I could use especially frustrating considering the cost. For reference, 50 hydrangeas (25 white, 25 blue) came out to $185, so I expected better quality control. Overall, the convenience and customer service were there, but the flower quality at least in my experience did not match the price. Oh and the hydrangeas started to wilt by the second day. *This was a last minute purchase as my online delivery order had a unforeseen delivery delay.

I provided the shop with inspiration pictures for a wedding bouquet, center pieces and an arch. The employee who assisted me provided thoughtful suggestions and had concise answers to any questions I had. When I decided to move forward with the order I was shocked by how reasonable the prices were. To top off the excellent service, I had initially decided to have a family member pickup the arrangements on the day of the wedding. The morning of I received a call from one of the employees stating that due to the predicted warm weather - they wanted ensure the arrangements were as fresh and protected from the elements as possible and stated they'd happily deliver our arrangements at no extra charge. Went in to show a couple of pictures of some wedding bouquets to see what they can make at their…read moreshop. When the order was placed, I chose the one that they said they could make identical to the picture, since the others that were shown, the flowers were not in season. I pick it up, when I get home I notice that the bouquet is missing some greenery(seeded u). I call them and they give me some BS excuse that the greenery is not in season and that's why they didn't add it. I ask why they didn't call to let us know this when they were making the bouquet, and I get an IDK IM SORRY! It's a damn wedding bouquet and they just don't care! They offer to have me drive back to add some different greener, or take it back for a refund. The wedding is TOMORROW and they just have no care in the world. It would've been nice to get the call and have been offered the alternative greenery when they realized they couldn't add it. So much for supporting small businesses. I guess once they started making flower arrangements for influencers they just stopped caring about simple customer service to regular customers.
