I have really never left a very bad review. Unfortunately I need to this time. I preordered a floral arrangement to be delivered for a funeral. The arrangement did not arrive in time for the start of the funeral. Instead, 25 minutes INTO the funeral, it was INTERRUPTED by the delivery of the arrangement. Who interrupts a FUNERAL that's in progress. How disrespectful! When I tried calling the owner I never received a call back. This was three phone calls over three different days. To not even explain what happened is rude and unacceptable even after I left voice mails asking what happened. Find yourself another florist who has better standards before you find yourself in the same situation that I did. It's not worth the embarrassment. I received a call back from the owner after the posting of this review. He told me that they delivered the arrangement 10 MINUTES BEFORE the start of the funeral. They asked the funeral home if they could take it into the funeral instead of the floral room. He was told to leave it there and that someone from the funeral home would deliver it to the funeral. Big mistake. The funeral home was apparently the ones who delivered it late. The big BUT, he wouldn't have gotten into this situation if was delivered an hour before the funeral as promised. The reason for the late delivery was the earthquake, a banner that was forgotten and they had to go back to get and other reasons. He promised to followup with the funeral home on how to make the delivery process better so this doesn't happen again. Plus, not arriving so close to the start of a funeral. read more

OH MY GOD, YESSSS!!! Rigo at Rosemantico Flowers is so amazing and talented, it's a dream come true! We had a lot of issues with vendors at my wedding, and the flowers and photographer seem to be the only thing that went perfectly right! I emailed a picture to Rigo of my vision for my bouquet for my wedding, but, of course, the picture was just an idea and I wanted it to look like that, but also not at all. He figured out what I wanted even though I was the worst at describing it. I know nothing about flowers, and I struggle with color matching, and he worked so long with me to make sure it was everything I wanted. And, he didn't even act slightly annoyed with me when I changed everything aside from the bouquet last minute when my in laws drama ended up in cutting half our centerpieces and a few bouquets and boutonnieres, and he was so wonderful through it all. Came in on Saturday May 9th 2020, amid the opening of some businesses during the stay at home order. Been here once before and was pleased with the service, but not anymore. Wanted to purchase flowers for our visit to the cemetery that day. Make a long story short, customer service sucked, didnt feel welcomed nor felt like they tried to help. Turns out the only flowers they had were carnations that they were selling for $25.00 each. And they werent even the fully blossomed carnations, they were small and honestly felt they were worth maybe less than half what they were selling them for. The lady mentioned all flowers were marked up for Mothers Day. Being in a rush as we were, I got them but totally regret it now. I dont recommend this place for flowers. Go to Scottys Flower shop on Lambert and Colima, I was able to get a vase and arrangement of various flowers for $30.00 the following day on Mothers Day. Fully blossomed btw. So Rosemanticos "mark up" for cheap carnations as the lady mentioned was BS. Scotty's by far the better, more honest and helpful local flowershop. read more

I ordered the blue orchid lei and it was absolutely gorgeous. Only thing was that a little bit of the blue dye from the lei made a small stain on my boyfriend's dress shirt, but not a huge deal since bleach is a handy invention.
