I had a friend lose her father recently and I don't live in the area. I wanted to send some flowers to demonstrate my support for her and her family during this difficult time. I browsed multiple shops for arrangements that were the perfect size for in the home. Rosemantico had the perfect arrangement, not too big, but just enough to show my support. I ordered in the morning before they opened and within an hour or two, my friend received her flowers and they were beautiful. read more

I was looking for a flower shop to buy an arrangement for my loved one too bad no one was in and they care more of bigger arrangements liek funerals and such. If you want a small arrangement go to LA Croix flowers by the 605 honest prices and open Sundays too unlike here. Wish eddie was nicer on the phone but at least he called back to let me know my business wasnt good enough for today. Thanks went elsewhere and was treated fairly and had an actual business to walk into not someones property. read more

Had a great experience with Rosemantico Flowers. Found them on Yelp and gave them a try. Needed a sympathy arrangement delivered to a work client and ordered online. Everything went smoothly, they delivered the next day (per my requested date of choice,) and they sent me a photo of the arrangement prior to delivery per my request. They also let me know when the arrangement had been delivered, which I appreciated. read more

I called for the birthday flowers for someone and I was not disappointed! I spoke with the gentleman on the phone and he was able to tell me the type of arrangement he can make for the birthday. I was given clear and concise information on what arrangements they have, along with the prices. Once the arrange was ready to be sent I was sent a video of the floral arrangement before delivery. They also let me know they upgraded my arrangement and for that I am very thankful! They are an amazing service! read more

Rosemantico is the local florist to support! When I called, the guy was super accommodating and friendly. I needed a double stand lei for graduation and they were $40. I needed it last minute and they were able to provide. I wished they had the blue lei in stock when I called but they only had the traditional orchid at that time (the blue was coming in later that week), but the traditional was good enough, esp with the time frame I was working off of! It was a little confusing bc when I mapped the location, the maps led to a house. But this business is in the back house/garage and was easy to find once I pulled up! When I arrived, I overheard the guy saying he could make an arrangement for a customer within 30 min!! Talk about great turn around and customer service. Will be using this place for future local orders!! Picture included: a double strand orchid lei- good length and stayed vibrant all day, even in the heat! read more

I called the shop the morning before a relative's memorial to ask if I could have a tribute spray made with a different color combination and delivered to the chapel the next day. They said it would not be a problem, so I placed the order online, which they had noted for customizations. Not only were they very accommodating and helpful, but they called me the morning before it was delivered to confirm the wording of the personalized banner for the spray. Because I live in a different town and was unable to attend in person, a relative sent a photo of it to me, and I was very pleased with how beautiful it turned out. Thank you, Rosemantico Flowers! Highly recommended! read more

Thank you for taking a last-minute Mother's Day delivery! I've worked for a florist for over 16 years, and this was my first off-season so I did not expect any florist to take my order, and have it delivered within 3 hours on the busiest day of the year. I'm not familiar with the area, so i put all my ducks in this basket, and I'm so glad I did. The receiver was pleasantly surprised, and so was i. read more

Spent more than a $100 to surprise my in-laws. The bouquet was measly. 3 roses (withered by the way), 2 hydrangea, and 4 carnation. Could not be more cheap-looking. Please stop making the sender look bad. There is no way anyone would believe I spent more than a $100 for this weak ass arrangement. Also the balloon was out of air. Thanks for making me look like a cheapass! DO NOT GIVE THEM UR BUSINESS. Scammers. read more

Beautiful flowers and reasonably priced. Very satisfied with my online order. Would definitely order from them again.

Rosemantico Flowers were amazingly attentive to all of my needs during a very stressful period, they created the most beautiful arrangements to honor my mother's passing. From the alter flowers to the standing cross and heart arrangements - each one was overflowing with flowers, and greens... Regal, is extremely creative and knows his flowers - I would start to describe what I was thinking and he would finish my thought / sentence. I will continue to use Rosemantico for all of my floral needs, birthdays, holiday parties, as they deliver high-end, quality arrangements, without the inflated B.H. prices. Thank you Regal and team. read more

When my friend's mom passed away, I wanted to send the family something beautiful. Since the service was at Rose Hills Memorial Park, I knew Rosemantico Flowers was close by. I found the perfect arrangement online and then called them directly. Rigo was friendly and very helpful. He made sure to find out exactly what we wanted and our price range. He also said he'd send us a photo of the finished product. On the afternoon of the funeral, I was sent a photo of the arrangement. I was so pleased! It was even more beautiful than the photo online. I have really never left a very bad review. Unfortunately I need to this time. I preordered a floral arrangement to be delivered for a funeral. The arrangement did not arrive in time for the start of the funeral. Instead, 25 minutes INTO the funeral, it was INTERRUPTED by the delivery of the arrangement. Who interrupts a FUNERAL that's in progress. How disrespectful! When I tried calling the owner I never received a call back. This was three phone calls over three different days. To not even explain what happened is rude and unacceptable even after I left voice mails asking what happened. Find yourself another florist who has better standards before you find yourself in the same situation that I did. It's not worth the embarrassment. I received a call back from the owner after the posting of this review. He told me that they delivered the arrangement 10 MINUTES BEFORE the start of the funeral. They asked the funeral home if they could take it into the funeral instead of the floral room. He was told to leave it there and that someone from the funeral home would deliver it to the funeral. Big mistake. The funeral home was apparently the ones who delivered it late. The big BUT, he wouldn't have gotten into this situation if was delivered an hour before the funeral as promised. The reason for the late delivery was the earthquake, a banner that was forgotten and they had to go back to get and other reasons. He promised to followup with the funeral home on how to make the delivery process better so this doesn't happen again. Plus, not arriving so close to the start of a funeral. read more

December 30th 2020 I Reached out to Rigo 1st thing this morning 6:30 a.m. to be exact unaware that they didn't open till 8:00 a.m. I was provided with the most perfect professional excellent great expectations and he went extra mile to take care of me before business hours. I felt bad calling him so early in the morning he was very accommodating. I placed my order online for dozen red roses he had in stock I did not mention that I was a new customer. I was very grateful by for the excellent service I received and the beautiful fresh roses that were delivered to someone special in my life. This is now my go to florist . I will be recommending this place to friends and family. Thank you Rigo for the excellent customer service you provided and the beautiful roses. I can't wait until Spring and summer to order more Keep up the great work. I forgot to mention they even wrote in great penmanship the message on my special someones birthday card. I'm so happy another florist recommended this flower shop to me. My mother in law past away in November 2021 to Covid and we had her services on 12/30/21. I reached out to Rosemantico very last minute literally a few days before the service and a bouquet for the Urn was created as well as a bouquet that was hung over a bamboo cross. The arrangements were incredible so beautiful, elegant & tastefully done. I would definitely recommend this flower shop many times over. Great communication and customer service. When another florist that I had planned on using for my mom's funeral flowers completely ghosted me THREE DAYS before the services, I panicked. I found Rosemantico on Yelp and gave them a call, hoping they'd be able to help me out with incredibly short notice. Rigo was AMAZING! ! He assured me that he'd be able to make the 20 arrangements I needed, and gave me fair and honest pricing. Not only that, but the flowers turned out even more beautiful than I could have imagined! OH MY GOD, YESSSS!!! Rigo at Rosemantico Flowers is so amazing and talented, it's a dream come true! We had a lot of issues with vendors at my wedding, and the flowers and photographer seem to be the only thing that went perfectly right! I emailed a picture to Rigo of my vision for my bouquet for my wedding, but, of course, the picture was just an idea and I wanted it to look like that, but also not at all. He figured out what I wanted even though I was the worst at describing it. I know nothing about flowers, and I struggle with color matching, and he worked so long with me to make sure it was everything I wanted. And, he didn't even act slightly annoyed with me when I changed everything aside from the bouquet last minute when my in laws drama ended up in cutting half our centerpieces and a few bouquets and boutonnieres, and he was so wonderful through it all. He actually made us feel better about it while we panicked. Planning was a total mess, but not with Rigo. Thank God for Rosemantico Flower being the one thing I didn't have to worry about! read more

Came in on Saturday May 9th 2020, amid the opening of some businesses during the stay at home order. Been here once before and was pleased with the service, but not anymore. Wanted to purchase flowers for our visit to the cemetery that day. Make a long story short, customer service sucked, didnt feel welcomed nor felt like they tried to help. Turns out the only flowers they had were carnations that they were selling for $25.00 each. And they werent even the fully blossomed carnations, they were small and honestly felt they were worth maybe less than half what they were selling them for. The lady mentioned all flowers were marked up for Mothers Day. Being in a rush as we were, I got them but totally regret it now. I dont recommend this place for flowers. Go to Scottys Flower shop on Lambert and Colima, I was able to get a vase and arrangement of various flowers for $30.00 the following day on Mothers Day. Fully blossomed btw. So Rosemanticos "mark up" for cheap carnations as the lady mentioned was BS. Scotty's by far the better, more honest and helpful local flowershop. read more

Smooth and easy ordering process! I placed an order online a few weeks in advance for a graduation lei and was very pleased with it when I went to go pick it up. I ordered the blue orchid lei and it was absolutely gorgeous. Only thing was that a little bit of the blue dye from the lei made a small stain on my boyfriend's dress shirt, but not a huge deal since bleach is a handy invention. So, 4.5 stars, but rounding up the rating since Yelp unfortunately doesn't allow the half star for reviews. Overall, happy with my purchase and will likely come here again for future flower needs! read more
