Had an employee who was hospitalized and although the hospital did a room change and advised the new room could not have the flowers when LUXURY ROSE arrived they made sure they contacted us to find an alternative to making sure our flowers were delivered.. I went to this flower shop to order flowers for our oldest neighbor's funeral, who had just passed away at 101. There was only one person working, so I had to wait. While waiting, another customer mentioned he had ordered flowers online a week ago and his order still wasn't ready, which caused him a 45-minute delay. I placed my order with Jonathan, who promised that the flowers would be delivered one hour before the service and that I would receive a text with a photo of the arrangement and delivery confirmation. On the day of the service, I hadn't received any texts, so I called Jonathan. He initially said he would check on my order but failed to call me back in a timely manner. After an hour, I spoke with another staff member who also failed to provide a clear update. Eventually, Jonathan called back to apologize, saying the flowers had been delivered to the wrong location (Rosehills instead of Queen of Heaven in Fullerton). By this time, the services had already started. Jonathan offered to retrieve the flowers and deliver them plus give me a refund, but I declined the delivery as it would be too late and services would be over by then. I disheartedly went to the services without any flowers. After the service, I contacted Rosehills, which informed me that their flower room did not receive the flowers that luxury roses claimed they had delivered. Rosehills shared their process with me that all flowers in the chapel would be coordinated with the correct families and that my specific bouquet would be spotted even if it was an error. As well as send it back to the flower room and contact the florist. I wouldn't do business with them again. read more
