It was very nice. The colors were bold and vibrant and was full. It definitely didn't look cheap. The price wasn't cheap, but in general I don't think it's cheap anywhere so...the spray was ordered from here as well by a friend. The spray was 1/2 the price of the wreath. I would order again. The strange thing was the wreath message wasn't what I ordered, it was missing part of my messages and the card messages wasn't what I wrote neither. I had requested that I only wanted certain colors in the bouquet and when I received them, they added an additional color that I didn't like, but since they had already done all the work, I just left it as is. The customer service is great and I am thankful I am hurt though because the flower arrangement was not decorated like the photo on the menu. I paid $80 and I was expecting what was described on the website. These flowers were sent to my Mama for Dia De La Madre so it meant a lot to me and I was very disappointed when she received a different vase and stuffing. Wow, I can't even begin to explain the level of disappointment I felt when I saw this arrangement. Nowhere close to what their website description shows. This was meant to be for my mom's birthday so when I called them the owner, Erick, instantly gave me attitude and said that it's what I ordered. Yes, the flowers are the same but it looks nothing like the preview image. He pretty much argued with me the entire time and was extremely unprofessional. The only reason why I chose this place was due to the reviews but never again will I make that mistake and order from such a place. Plus apparently, when he went to pick them up (cuz I wanted to return them and get a refund) he came with a list and still tried to prove his point to my mom. The lady in red and gentleman in red had extra large roses with cheap gift ribbon that's not the same as the website. The rose was so large, the pin didn't hold the weight and ended up falling off. The rose broke off and my cousin didn't have a flower for his prom picture at the venue. The girl in green displays a professional looking corsage with small flowers and elegant ribbon, compared to the one in red which is the one I bought from Eric Flores that has extra large flowers and cheap ribbon. The gentleman in white had a small flower with sophisticated and charming ribbon making it look opulent and presentable. The guy in red is the corsage Eric Flores sold to me, an extra large rose with no ribbon and the petals coming off. Please go somewhere else, don't order it from here because prom is a special event. When I spoke to Eric Flores he was argumentative, demanding pictures. Please work on your customer service Eric Flores, you are our local flower shop, but you lost us as customers. Then he accused us of wanting free flowers. This flower shop was great from start to end. My sister and I wanted to send an arrangement to my former boss / her current boss for her birthday. We ordered through their online system on Friday night for a Sunday delivery. They delivered in the morning, well before Noon which was wonderful. Our boss wasn't home so they had to leave them on the front porch. (Not the safest thing to do but they did send a picture to confirm that they had delivered them). Our boss found them until later in the day and was so pleased. She loved them. I'm pretty disappointed. I wanted to give 1 star, but gave 2 because they called me and the person was nice and tried to be helpful. I ordered flowers online for a very close friend whose father passed away. I got a call from the shop saying they didn't have the flowers for the original arrangement I ordered and that the flowers they had would have made the bouquet all PINK. I didn't want that, so we came to an agreement for a different arrangement that was basically all white (it was called "Serenity"). The price difference was about $5 but they said they could do the updated arrangement for the same price, which I appreciated at the time. However, my friend sent a pic of the arrangement that arrive and it had 1/4 of the flowers I expected. It was mostly greenery. I wanted to give my friend a sympathy flower arrangement, not green leaves in water. I was so embarrassed. Pics attached - you can see the difference. It was not worth what I paid. I like supporting small business, but I also want the quality and quantity I expect and pay for. .... Responding to the message sent by the business owner... Yes, correct - the pic I posted was the default pic on the website for this arrangement. My bad... mistake on my part... however I'm adding the picture for the "small" version that was comparable to the one I posted and paid for ($5 difference according the the site). STILL, it was a fraction of the flowers I expected and my recipient should have received (based on the picture). I understand that the arrangement can arrive with unbloomed buds (for my job I actually order many arrangements). However to confirm, I gently asked my recipient about the arrangement - there were basically no buds waiting to bloom... The Picture Shows That! All I ask is that if you don't have it, don't sell it. Most customers will be okay if it is explained honestly. And if not they will cancel the order. read more

This review is a little over do, however about a month ago my family had a pretty unexpected death in our family. I am currently living in Northern Ca so I contacted Amigos Flower Shop to send some flowers and they were AMAZING. The entire process was absolutely amazing. I initially ordered the flowers online and like a goofball I accidentally entered my name in the spot that I was supposed to put the name of the person I was sending them to, so essentially I was addressing the flowers to myself! I submitted the order and ended up getting a call from Eric at around 8:00 pm that same night calling to check on the details of my order because he noticed my order was a little bit weird since I had addressed it to myself. He helped me fix my mistake and reviewed my order with me just to make sure they got it right. They honestly could have seen the mistake and just done whatever it said, but instead he took the time to reach out to me to make sure they got it right. The rose was so large that the pin wouldn't hold up the weight and it kept tilting over, the rose eventually broke off. The next day I called Eric Flores and expressed my concern to him, he was defensive, rude and accused me of lying and wanting free flowers. No Eric Flores, i did not want anything for free, I wanted a boutonnière and corsage as shown on your website for my nephews last prom. He ended up not having anything for his picture at the venue. I am aware that i put in an order the same day but it doesn't make it ok for you to sell something not worthy of $55 dollars. It is not ok for you to be passive aggressive, when you read this review please don't be sarcastic or gaslight me. Eric Flores zelled me $10, when the price shown for a boutonnière on his website is $20. As a business owner, you should treat your customers better and be more apologetic and humble when you make errors.
