The arrangement was very nice. The prices were a bit too high. I wanted to order a large size arrangement and I thought I did that because of the price... and choosing premium. I was a little bit disappointed because it was not as large as I thought it would be. The staff was very responsive and prompt with communication. They made the delivery on time before the service. This business is very unreliable. Multiple times I've come during the day (normal business hours) to get flowers for my wife. It's often closed weep site signs on the door saying it's open. I've seen a sticky note that says "back in five." Just very mom and pop unprofessional. This is the last time I'll even attempt to get flowers here because of how unreliable it is, I doubt it will be open much longer. If you're thinking about going, my advice is don't - make the drive to Ralph's. Save some time energy and frustration. read more

This is one of the most beautiful floor arrangements we've ever had. We called them a day before, and they made a Sunday delivery. The owner and his family are so incredibly kind, and the arrangement was utterly gorgeous. We will continue using them. So grateful we found them. Amore Dolce Flowers... are the best if I could give you 10 stars.. I would ...a little bit about this flower shop last night a girlfriend and I were supposed to meet for dinner. She got a call that her mother was ill. We had to cancel our dinner arrangements..I felt so bad it was 7pm. This flower shop closes at 8pm. I was able to speak with Yolanda who was super sweet. she was very empathetic and arrange last minute within an hour to do a beautiful arrangement and had it delivered last minute. I don't think other flower shops who are closing in an hour would've gone over and above to make this happen so if you're looking for a reliable affordable beautifully designed flowers, you definitely have to try this shop. It is a family owned business and it would be nice if we support them. read more

GREAT FLORIST! I ordered a bouquet over the phone to send my aunt when her husband passed. I explained to the florist what it was for, color palette I wanted and a couple of flowers I wanted to include and a couple I didn't want, and she put this lovely bouquet together. Ordered a bouquet of roses and lilly's for my girlfriend's birthday. They sent a complimentary text with an image of the flowers to ask for my approval. Of course I approved them cause they were stunning. My girlfriend wasn't home to accept the delivery, but we have a nice bench in our porch that they set the flowers on and the delivery person sent me a text with the image of them being delivered. We came home about 30 minutes after delivery, she loved them! Amore Dolce missed the mark. I texted them pictures of the bouquet I wanted and I was assured over the phone that they understood what I wanted. I received a random Christmas arrangement that I did not order. I said I was going to my family's on Christmas I did not say I wanted a Christmas theme bouquet with ornaments. I am totally embarrassed and gutted that I spent $150 on something so hideous. Now I'm stuck with an obnoxiously huge Christmas arrangement and going empty handed to my in-laws. Beautiful flowers. They do an amazing job with arranging the flowers. They have two locations, one in Montebello, and one in uptown Whittier. We had a consultation set up and they asked me for pictures of inspiration of what I wanted for my wedding. Upon arrival they had prepared a sample for my vision and it exceeded all expectations I had! On wedding day the staff came to set up and they were extremely organized and set up everything for us. They were amazing, from the order to the delivery. I did the order on the phone for a memorial service, and the person that assisted me was friendly and very professional. She knew the arrangement I wanted and quoted me a price, which matched the website. After the order, I immediately received my invoice. The day before the service, they sent me picture of the arrangement and asked if I would like anything changed. It was beautiful and did not need any adjustments. Instead of ordering from 1- 800 flowers or another company online I yelped local florist in Downey. I do not live in LA county. Sorted my search to best rated and this florist was listed at the top. Ordered online , upgraded my order to premium and double the size . The flowers came out way better than the picture. A beautiful arrangement. They even send a picture of the flowers once finished . Not only were they able to do the delivery on short notice, but the associate who helped me was super helpful and pleasant. They sent me a text with a picture of the arrangement for approval and I actually asked if they could make some changes. They took care of my request no problem and then in a very timely fashion, delivered the flowers to the address I provided. The arrangement was beautiful. On top of that, he paid extra for fast delivery, which was pointless since they were late. The company didn't even reach out to inform him that the flowers would be late; he had to contact them to ask where they were. When reaching out, they told him they would upgrade the flowers for the trouble, but when receiving the flowers, nothing was upgraded, and it was just the ones he ordered. He was very disappointed that he paid almost $100 for the flowers and they didn't arrive in time for our anniversary dinner when they should have.
