Sharar's florist do an absolutely amazing job at delivering beautiful flowers. My dad has been getting me flowers from them for my birthday for years and they always have the most beautiful pink roses. They also always last a long time! I had them make my bridal bouquet for my wedding (white roses with baby's breath) they came out better than I imagined, and they lasted a very long time after the wedding. I will continue to go to them for all my flower needs! I think florist can be a little costly but they are very well worth the money! read more

I placed an order for today. I called in for an update and keep getting sent to voicemail.

So I went in to get flowers for my girlfriends birthday. I ordered the"prettyplease" deluxe set. But i feel like i got the standard. I showed them the picture on their website, and when i got the flowers, it they looked nothing like the picture. I don't expect it to be an exact copy, but at least make it similar. I also asked if she could make it pink since it was her favorite color. I feel like I got taken advantage of. I had to pay 55 dollars and still go to the store to buy extra roses. The lady that made it only saw the picture i showed her. it was the pictureof the standard set, not the deluxe. I think she went off what she saw. She started right away. The other lady took my order, but I don't think she told her it was supposed to be a deluxe. Because it looks very standard to me. read more

The lovely woman who works here created a beautiful arrangement for me. I picked up a wooden box, told her some succulents would be nice and boy did she deliver! The hostess that I presented them to was overjoyed when she saw the box of beauties. The price was reasonable to expected for the quality. Such a great experience! read more

Melinda I believe her name is, was friendly and helpful and provided quick response with a quote and example of what I would be receiving. Poor quality. I wont be using their service again. Crummy customer service. I placed an order for a Mother's Day delivery last week. it wasn't until late today that I get a call, that my order would be cancelled because of the location that it was being delivered. Nowhere on their website does it mentioned they have restrictions from delivering to certain cities. It was a mistake to trust them again. They've done this to me before but I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and attempted to use their services hoping this time they would get it right. Sadly they conducted a lousy job, yet again. Very disappointed because I've used their services many times before But these last two incidents confirmed that are unwilling and incapable. How do they cancel on my order days before a very important day; Mother's Day! After placing an order a week ago! Clearly they are unorganized. I was relying on that delivery. very ugly way of canceling days before Mother's Day! I will never use their services again and I will make sure to share my experience to all those people I personally referred and share how they did me dirty. read more

My son sent me a large, surprise birthday floral arrangement; I was out of town for the weekend, and returned to find the wilted flowers on the doorstep after 2 days of 95F heat. I will never buy flowers from this place again. I have bought flowers before and they were delivered to Norwalk , CA. and they advertised that if ordered before 12pm it gets delivered the same day. I placed an order for today and I get a call from the flower shop, saying that they don't deliver to Norwalk and I told the lady, that they have delivered before to that city.. Ordered a flower arrangement for same day delivery. The website was super easy to use and the process was very fast. It says expected delivery times 9:00 am to 5/6:00 pm, I got mine in less than an 1 1/2. The young girl who delivered it was really sweet :) and not to mention the arrangement was beautiful! I received the most gorgeous flower arrangement form Sharar's Florist for my birthday a few days ago. I was stunned by how perfect each and every flower was, and together they made up a stunning bouquet. It really made my day feel extra special. Now, 4 days later, the flowers look exactly like they did the day they arrived. I have never seen that happen. I haven't even added water or changed the water - they are sill perfect. Never order flowers by phone and give a credit card, they quote one price with tax and delivery and when the statement comes it's billed at another price. My experience was 120.00 for Roses with tax and delivery, billed at 141.00 and when you call for clarification, you get a rude sales clerk not willing to credit back or listen. Puts a black eye on a local La Habra small business, no more orders from me. read more

I received a beautiful bouquet from a friend on Monday. It was delivered early in the day and wowed when it was received by a family member. Overall, it was quite beautiful and vibrant. Today, however when I went to change the water, refresh the floral food, and recut the stems I was less than wowed. Numerous stems had leaves that were below the waterline. The clear ginger vase still had the UPC sale SKU tag attached to the bottom. Many of the leaves used for fill had holes in them. Further, some of the stems looked and felt dry and woody at the cut edge despite being submerged in water indicating they had dried out from not being continuously in water and/or were not recut when they were put in the vase. Overall, whoever arranged the bouquet wowed in the looks department, but was sloppy in the production of the arrangement. If I was ordering flowers this would not be my first choice of business. read more

I greatly appreciate the service I received today at Sharar's. I needed to find a specific tropical lei at the last moment. I literally called and visited more than ten florists in the area with no success. I then called Sharar's and talked to Melinda. I explained to her what I needed and she said she needed to check if she could get the leis and would call me back. 10 minutes later, she called and asked when I could come by to get them. I told her I would be there at 3:30 (an hour after I first called her). I then showed up at 3:30 only to notice that the shop closed at 3pm. I tried to call, but no answer. As I was walking back to my car, Melinda pulled up. She apologized for being late. When the shop closed, Melinda took off to go to a supplier. She was late because she was not satisfied with the leis they had initially given her. Eventually, she brought back two beautiful, fresh leis. Bottom line: Melinda came up with two perfect leis in less than two hours on her own time when no other florist was able to help. By the way, this was on Saturday afternoon and the leis needed to be fresh for an event on Sunday afternoon. Thank you to Melinda and Sharar's for amazing service. read more
